The property was in a fantastic location. Just a short walk to the main street where all the action was but far enough away that it was quiet. The property is a little old and some of the furniture needs a bit of an upgrade. Some of the beds needed new mattresses for those suffering from back issues. It was great that it was pet friendly so we could bring our Maltese dog.

I wasn't able to sleep with my husband as the mattress slightly dipped and was causing issues with my back. There were enough beds so we could sleep in separate beds.

location, location & space

1)Vent fan in the roof was noisy most of the night-restless sleep.😩 2)Time to invest in comfortable mattresses as they are springy & bad for back.🤬 3)BBQ provided had no gas😳 4)Outdoor furniture provided needs maintenance (chairs wobbly) & can collapse anytime!🫣 5) upstairs toilet landing not safe , tripped over. 🤯 6)Stepped on glass in the grass area. 😤😤

It’s very clean,good location,well-equipped. We had comfortable and happy time there.

The couch was disgusting - very outdated and gross to sit on. cigarette butts, lighter and crumbs and rubbish kept reappearing out of it. Aircon in living area didn’t work - and it was a very hot weekend. Toilet under the stairs which was about 1/2 metre away from the dinning table. Tea/coffee thing has unwrapped tea bags and old, some tea bags had stains on them. Unfortunately NOT a place to spend time and relax/get takeaway and watch tv, or get relief from the heat. Saw some very big cockroaches, one of which was sitting on our bag. Our bed had this big hump in middle, but wasn't game to look. Also felt like it was tilted. There was hair in our bed on arrival, and dust and hair over and under our pillows. Parking space small as a bit hairy to get to. Definately too overpriced for what it was. No communication by reception regarding check in. but after a while we looked up the phone number and got a hold of someone who was very lovely.

we booked through booking.com and we didn't get any information that half of the establishment had sold and we couldn't use the pool advertised in the pictures. we were rudely asked to leave the pool area from someone who explained to us that the half with the pool had been sold to another resort and used only for staff.
