Property is very close to the center and conveniently located to many attraction and restituants . overall was fairly clean and staff is quite pleasant
while it is located close to many attractions, it is also located just above the party street where music and party is going on whole night .. when hotel provides ear plugs- it does indicate the noise level.. further more - If anyone accustom to any sort of comfort in the hotel room, I would not recommend this place .. I have never seen hotel room where you can’t hang clothes, room is very small, bathroom is even smaller and very dark - impossible to do make up, dry the hair, etc.. Bathroom is covered in some sorter of plastic, not tiles, plus there is a glass wall that separates room from the bathroom… Even if you are very close to your partner - it is too much witnessing someone going to the bathroom , etc….as soon as we arrived we wanted to move to another hotel, however it was not refundable, so we had to stay …..

Very central location. Close to most things, and the station for days out.

The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The wine and sushi were a very nice surprise.
Although, we liked the location we didn't realize pink street would be so noisy. The partying went on till 3am. They give you earplugs in the room, so they are aware of the potential noise issue.

Perfect spot to start excursions of the city. A god place to feel welcomed. Very good staff.
It is close to the party zone. So there can be some noise coming from that direction. Overall not an issue.

enjoyed the property very much. the location was great and close to a few things on our list to do. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
room was a little small and it got loud at night because the hotel looks down on pink street (bars and party goers)the property does provide ear plugs which is nice.

location is very close to the pink street. close to the water. great view of the river. bedroom area is also spacious.
the staff can be bit more friendly. there is a bar right down stairs and near a busy road/intersection, so will be very loud at night. sometime the cold water would run out so you would only have a hot shower, sometimes it got really hot, and no one at reception picks up the phone). The bathroom is narrow and there is no counter space.

Great location, and the staff were lovely.
The downside of the location is the very noisy British Bar right next door. The music and patrons of the bar were distractingly loud until 2 or 3AM most nights of our stay.

Was not aware of breakfast service, was it included ? Modular bathroom section of room, one of the showers mixing valve is not working, tight space. Minibar: If you offer vodka / gin, you should have tonic too. Pringles ??? How about some nuts, pretzels etc. I love cafe with milk - no milk/cream in the room?

The location was perfect. I was able to walk to train station, markets, restaurants, cafes, and shops. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location just off the river/sea front and Pink Street.
Bedding wasn’t comfortable, no basics in room (kettle etc) could hear the music from nightclubs very loud until 6am.

Hotel and staff were phenomenal. Great location within walking distance to many of Lisbons restaurants and attractions.
You will definitely experience some noise. Recommend an upper floor.

For premium price, I find it unacceptable to have to pay for coffee/tea and water in the room. When asking about this, staff just doesn’t have a response.
