room wasnt ready. after traveling a long day. Noisy room by elevator and stairwell. ignored at counter while 2 employees had 5 minute discussion.

The staff. I remember we checked in and the lady was so welcoming, even upon checking out, the receptionist guy was also very nice. The location was also convenient, plus the view from the balcony was nice

The bathroom was so small, felt like a broom closet; felt a bit claustrophobic. The breakfast was not what I expected, all you get is bread, cheese and ham, plus spreads and dry muffins

the room we had this time had a lil bit of mold, it was humid and therefore a specific smell but for one night it was perfect

The rooms are very spacious, and had a royal look.The staff in the front desk is really nice.

There are many things that I don’t like about this hotel, first even though it has lift you have to take around 10 steps to reach the lift when you enter from outside. The water in the washbasin was cold we never had the opportunity to have hot water, we didn’t complain that to the front desk. breakfast was nightmare first day when we entered there were no table, because it was not cleaned, and the staff were shouting at each other in the kitchen it was an embarrassing situation for those who were there in the room, break fast is not buffet, for tea they provide water which was cold all the day I have to ask for separate hot water, fruits were not fresh,no eggs included in the breakfast. In the bathrooms tubs you can find fungus growths. I think it’s more a management issue than the staff. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone in this condition

We were shocked to see 10 marble steps to get our heavy suitcases up and down from the elevator floor, when we’re both petite single Senior women in our 70’s. There should have been some reference to that in your write up or a picture of what we were up against. That was a big negative for us or you would have netted a better rating from us.

Excellent location: Convenient to downtown, restaurants, shops and nightlife. The shared bath was ckean and well-appointed. The room had a sink and bidet in it. The folks are the desk were friendly and efficient.

The common areas could use a bit more TLC.

very old building so due to hot weather a terrible sewage smell came from the toilet the bath tube although clean had mould around it

Bathroom ventilator didn't work properly and the hair dryer turned off after few minutes.

Just a few positives…. Fairly good location (keep in mind the hotel is on a hill!), nice staff, fresh bread rolls in the morning.

Dirty, in desperate need of modernisation. The worst coffee I had in my life! except for towels, none of the listed facilities were available in our room, also we didn’t have any view. I stayed in many other European hotels for similar price and the the standard is usually better.

The location is fine and not a long walk from the city centre.

The hotel is generally out of date and needs full renovation. Not up to the modern standard that you would expect. On-street parking only. The bathroom was very basic. The receptionish seemed a bit stressed.
