Very clean, fantastic food even options for vegetarians. We loved this hotel and will come back!

Lage, Zimmer, Sauberkeit ok

Das gekochte Essen war nicht ok, viele Speisen waren verkocht, andere Gerichte waren nicht richtig gewürzt! Desert war auch nicht ok! Ich fand das sehr schade, man hat gesehen dass die Zutaten vollwertig waren, aber die Zubereitung leider nicht!

Tolle Lage mit Meerblick, freundliches Personal, gute Büffetauswahl, Suite sehr groß, gute Abtrennung wenn man sie zu Viert nutzt

Leider gerade aktuell eine große Baustelle direkt vor dem Hotel und in der Einkaufsstraße , sehr kleiner Innenpool

The property was very clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the food was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful too

The evening entertainment could be improved

The Hotel and rooms were very clean due to the daily cleaning process. All the meals were varied and delicious. Ildi as a front desk officer was very nice and helpful. All the staff were smiley. The evening programs were varied and high quality, especially the Lion King musical show with the animator team, well done! We can just recommend to everyone this Hotel, thank you all!

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were well-trained and engaged. The food was superb. The facilities were excellent and I really appreciated the effort that went into providing some entertainment in the evenings. Reading back on some of the reviews, as always, I get so disappointed. I wonder if guests realise the impact that a bad score can have on both staff morale and the hotel itself. Let's take UWE's review on Feb 9th. Really? My experience was the exact opposite of yours. And frankly, why on earth would you mark a hotel down like this? It's just unkind. Shame on you. If guests had to publish their real names in reviews, I wonder if they would write such rubbish. If you experience minor issues, take them up directly with the hotel, and don't put them in the public domain.

The food was decent; however, if you have any major food allergies, this place is not for you. None of the options showed any allergens.

Very few options if you eat gluten-free. The kid's club was not great. Basically, they name the activities as something that can sound interesting, but in reality, they were putting the kids to do the same almost every day: colouring. No real entertainment. The mini disco was ok, but they were never starting on time and always ending early (never 30 mins). The kid's playground has no lights, and they don't close it at night. I'm surprised that this has not been addressed. Health and Safety failure. If your room faces the stage, you can hear everything, so probably not great for families with small kids.

Everything. Superb hotel, excellent facilities, perfect location. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast catered for absolutely everyone. The outdoor pool was real highlight, enough loungers for everyone. Separate children's pool, daily activities for children & adults if you wanted to take part. Nightly entertainment, which stopped at a reasonable time.

The room was nice, comfortable mattresses, good shower and big balcony (we were with in a room with the swimming pool view). The buffet is great, good variety on everything (juices, desserts, meats, colds, salads, etc). I think the all-inclusive deal is worth it because everyday they prepare different hot meals (if you stay for 1 week or less you probably won't get many things repeated). Also, with all-inclusive you can get almost anything anytime you want. If you don't have all-inclusive the final cost could be higher than the all-inclusive price, so think twice. Just my 2 cents. The animators Gabriel Baby and Juli were awesome, and Erica is very talented. We liked most of the evening shows, especially those organized by the staff itself. If you also read my "negative comments" you may think it's not a good place, but that's far from the truth. My fiancée and I actually had a really great time there. Our issues were only details that prevented us to give this hotel a 10 out of 10. However, I really hope the hotel management will read what we didn't like and will work on what's possible to change.

Low quality spirits for all-inclusive cocktails, cheap tequila and rum. Besides, some cocktails with fruit syrups are paid separately, even with an all-inclusive deal. BE CAREFUL: if you're not looking at the barman when he's doing your cocktail, he will put the minimum possible of alcohol, I have caught 3 times the barman looking if I was watching him while he poured almost nothing of alcohol. However, not all barmen are like this. Look out for the young ones. Gym was too small, there were no dumbbells or any machine for weight-lifting, only stationary bicycles and treadmills. Indoor swimming pool poor curated and the whirlpool jets were not working properly. There was no sauna although on booking.com there was a picture showing it (at least we didn't find it). Nice swimming pool but a bit small if many guests decide to stay in the resort, especially with all the children jumping into the pool. Terrible the fact that there were two single mattresses together to form a queen-size bed. The bedframes were lightweight and fragile, so moving into the middle of the bed means they were moving apart from each other and you could fall on the ground. Suggestion for the hotel: one single queen-size mattress for a couple. There is a room with a billiard table and air hockey, they cost 2 euro and 1 euro respectively. I am not sure they should be charged, especially for all-inclusive guests. The hotel has a checkweigher machine and it costs 1 euro to weight whatever you want (how many pounds/kg you have gained or your luggage weight), I think it's absurd we have to pay for this. The shower in the bathroom is spacious, however only half of it is protected with glass, so it's very easy to wet the whole floor. I am not sure if it was an issue only in our room or if all rooms are the same. If you're Italian or appreciate a good espresso, unfortunately this place has not an espresso machine (like Nespresso).
