We requested for higher floor facing Jalan Ampang to avoid the traffic noise. All staff are welcoming, and doing their very best to accommodate the guest. The location is superb, a walk away from shopping malls/ restaurants. The unit is very spacious and there are complete kitchenette with fridge and washer dryer.

We wish to have an extra sofa in the living room and the bathroom accessories eg bidet and shower head need to be fixed.

Pool was amazing. Our room had a good view. Staff were lovely.

The breakfast should improve, hate we have to collect from lobby and reheat using difficult microwave, at the end i have to throw the food can't eat coz so cold :(

-really spacious , living room - sleeping room - closet room and bathroom with shower+ bath separately -nice swimming pool and basic gym on the top floor -staff were awesome , assisted to let me early check in and late check out , very much appreciated -simple breakfast included , upon check in they kindly asked western / Asian or vegetarian meal ; I opted for Asian and they provided everyday sth different . -wash- and drying machine in one was really a plus so you can bring back clean clothes home

-small thing is that the roof doesn’t correspond to the displayed photos nor what you read on the internet. there is a new building being constructed which blocks the view , so if someone likes to book for the view , there is nth visible apart from office buildings. -would really have appreciated complimentary water bottle instead of a water machine

The entire suite was very spacious. Plates, glasses, cutleries, refrigerator and microwave were available. Our water heater broke in our first room but the staff were quick to address the problem and arrange for a room change.

The breakfast stated in booking.com says will be send to my room but we have to collect it ourselves at the lobby and it tasted quite bad.

They don’t have a restaurant so the breakfast was a set breakfast. The pillows were too flat for our liking. The sinks were blocked.

Very poor service. When i asked to scale weight ; At first i was told there was 1 in the room, which was not there; I needed to call many times to received it

I dd the booking at this hotel since was advertised as Pet Friendly. Since is pet friendly is assumed they are allowed to have dogs. Turns out there is huge fee for having dog, which was not stated when i did the reservation. I hope this is the future can be corrected and if there is any fee for having pets, clearly mentioned in the system to make the people aware before hand and not after is being paid in full the room.

Breakfast was brought to the room every morning in a plastic container. The food quality was 3 out of 5.
