Nicoles Way of treating guests . Few week prior i called due an urly/long travel journey if it was possible for urly chek in and was told i would be ok . When arrived was not possible the frontdesk agent was very rude . Asked for a quite room ended up with a room on the side of the road and bars . Its 6:25 am and still very much loud music

Noisy area at night

The staff was very courteous, helpful, and friendly. The room was always cleaned beyond expectations and once a day was asked by the cleaning staff if everything was OK. The hotel itself is very clean. The breakfast was good in a very comfortable setting and more than enough to eat. I will stay here again when I soon return to Bogota.

The area outside the hotel is kind of dirty and have to be careful wandering too far in certain directions at night. I did not have any problems, but we are all different and should know our limits and tolerance.

Very good value for money, the room is clean (and very kind cleaning ladies!), everything works properly, comfy beds, it was not too cold in the room, great water pressure in the bathroom. I'd stay again! Also, very kind stuff working in the breakfast area.

Breakfast could have a bit more variety. Persons working in the lobby area could be a little bit more open.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location was very close to Cerro monserrat and tourist attractions.

Good Location along a main avenue. Street 7 is half block away and takes you to old-town and tourist attractions. Taxis and public buses are easily accessible.

Hotel needs renovations like carpet, washroom etc. But ok for a 3 star hotel. Staff do not speak English. Should learn to use phone translators to communicate with customers.

Nice location, good views from our rooms. The suite was super large. Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel has seen better days but was clean and well kept.

Breakfast was okay but dull. Terrible coffee. Quite a lot of street noise.

The hotel has good location if you want to walk to the historical center, Candelaria, National museums, Museo del oro, Museum of Modern Arts, etc. There are many cafes and shops around, and during the day the area is relatively safe, not recommended to walk alone at night though. The airport shuttle service comes at a good price. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is not super diverse but still okayish. Great view from the window

It's very cold as many Colombian hotels on budget The room is outdated, hair dryer did not work and the bed was not too comfortable, bed linen was quite old The worst part, however, is the incredible noise coming the whole night from the street, from loud music to shouts and car engines, you name it. Even with earplugs it was quite an unpleasant experience

The breakfast was really diverse

The odor of the treatment of the wood and some smoke odor in the hallway came into the room.
