Breakfast was small but good. Eggs were cooked to order with several options. The rooms were spotless and the toiletries supplied were of good quality. I've stayed in hotels where the soap looked good but didn't provide much in the way of lather or they didn't load well onto a cloth but Viaggio's shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided was very good. The sheets and pillow cases were really comfortable as well as the mattress.

There was only one trash can for the room and the bath sink leaked. My room had a street view and was pretty large, enough that made it easy to move around the room, which was nice and more than I expected. The safe in the closet didn't work well and I was unable to open it. The bath towel was good but the hand towel didn't seem much different in texture and quality than the bath mat. My friend's room had a refrigerator, sink and counter top, and small coffee maker whereas my room had a refrigerator with a table over it. At night, the lighting was not really bright enough. They probably don't get many English speaking people there so I wasn't expecting much in the way of television. CNN is different outside of the USA. Sadly, I would have liked to have been able to watch an English-speaking movie but it's an understandable lack relative to the cost of the room, which still seems like a bargain!

The bed is the most remarkable thing in the bedroom. It was big, soft and super comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but could be better. Shower was nice, as well.

Cleanliness is what I disliked most. Carpets are full of dust and garbage, the room smells funny and let´s better not talk about curtains: I preferred not to touch them. TV´s remote controls were sticky and when I received the room, I had to call to get my floor mopped because of the stickyness and dusty it was.

We only stayed 2 nights but there was no room clean. Reception need to open the front door for you when you leave and arrive.

The location is great for a centric location in Chapinero

The room was in the last floor and we hear mice between the feeling and the terrace, my wife wne to the terrace and saw only pigeons, the staf said we where hearing a gym, then pigeons looking for food, at the end the finally accepted there where mice and that they came from buildings near by. The staff rude treating us like crazy people. I booked a room to surprise my wife guess what, is wasn't the room when we got there, again the untrained staff told.us "well this is the biggest room, and yes is not the one showing within the bookin app, but it's big no?" te coffee was whaaaaaat dark, egg half baked.

Fair for the price.

Some details are odd: no light switches next to bed, which makes it uncomfortable having to wake up to manage lights. For a Colombian hotel breakfast coffee wasn't nice or fresh - appeared to be sitting there boiling for hours. Breakfast fruits tasted like onion - probably knives weren't property washed

The hotel and its administration should be much better for that money. There were lot of noise from other rooms, bathroom cleaning wasn't very good and the breakfast was very basic. I had some special request and I didn't find the best reception from the staff. It is a shame...

To old mattress, facilities poorly maintained and the breakfast could have been much better (and I'm comparing with other hotels in similar locations, fares and facilities)

Bed is really comfortable. There was no noise, staff were kind and rooms are clean. Location is very convenient.

Breakfast was poorly served, almost no food left (didn't get there last minute). If you don't ask, you don't even get informed that you can order eggs at the kitchen.

the only good thing I can say about this hotel that they were decent enough to give me my money back and let me check out after one night.

the toilet didn’t work properly. there was no toilet paper at the room. the bathroom was partly broken and very uncomfortable. the bed was too soft and very uncomfortable.

no sofa in room even though was advertised, room was a little cool at night with no source of heating or air con, bed was really squeaky.
