As we stayed in the top room with a large balcony I have to say that the view was astounding . The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The room for sure needs some updating.

Amazing views

it was in a great location and that is literally the only good thing about it.

We booked a room which we assumed had a balcony due to all the pictures but as it turns out only 2 rooms have balconies facing the ocean. The hotel has 20+ rooms and it states “FREE PARKING”, we’ll it’s NOT, unless you are lucky to get 1 of the 3 (three) spaces that belong to the property and 1 of the 3 is always taken by staff and when they leave they block it off so you can’t park so really there is 2 spaces for 20+ rooms. The “public” parking is 4 EUR/hour after June 1st, so 24 hours is 96 EUR, so if you are staying 3 nights as we did be ready to spend 288 EUR on parking!!!

Our room supposedly had a “king sized bed”, which it didn’t and it had a “living room pull out sofa” which it did not. they advertised the room as 301 square feet but I can assure you it was not more than maybe 225 square feet to be generous. Queen size bed with barley enough room to walk around it, bathroom that you LITERALLY have to squeeze your way out of and the “kitchen” is in the hallway outside of the bathroom and is about 3 feet long. Parking is NOT FREE, it is 4 EUR/Hour!!!!!!

It stinks of sewage in the toilet, noisy, impossible to keep the balcony window open as the stench of fried food from the restaurant kitchen was coming in all day. We were not at all happy it is very expensive and small.

The location was very good.

The reality did not correspond with the picture. The room had barely space for the bed. The balcony was very small and we could not open half of the volet so the room was quite dark.

The air conditioning worked properly. Makarska itself is great

The room was not really groomed. Just not like the pictures they applied. Unfinished areas everywhere. No balcony and parking lot like ordered. You deserve better in holydays, belive me!

They do not tell the truth; they wrote " free car parking" THIS IS NOT TRUE!.....,Their caoacity is ONLY FOR 2 CARS. This is a new apartment, installation work is going on downstairs so there is occasional drill noise It is not a silent place, Noise from downstairs restaurant at nights

Occasionally a funny smell in the bathroom The design of the bathroom meant awkward to get in and out of the bathroom.

We booked sea view room, but when we arrived we got room without sea view and even without balcony. Explanation was it's booking mistake, where is assigned sea view for every room but they say they have only one like that. After complain, we got room with balcony but still not what we paid, no sea view.

The location is superb - close by a small private beach, which we liked much more than the central one, lovely walk down the marina and old town. Balcony was spacious, we enjoyed eating breakfast there. Room size was nice. At first we regretted not getting a sea view room (saw it through a neighbour's open door, the view is just gorgeous!), but it was probably a good decision in the end, as I'll further explain. Downstairs is a lovely restaurant, for sure one of the best places in town, but it can be noisy for the rooms above it, plus the smell of fried seafood through a window is not necessarily what you might enjoy. So in the end we were really pleased with the room we had. Hotel is a lovely 30 min walk through pine forest to another amazing beach, which is probably our favourite location in all Makarska. A shopping mall with a supermarket are a few minutes walk from hotel as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, it was great value for the money and we would highly recommend it.

We overall were satisfied with our stay and would recommend the hotel. But some things could be improved, which would make the place even better. Room was a bit run down, old stains on wallpaper, water was leaking from the shower, no string or dryer to hang towels and bathing suits on the balcony. We stayed for 8 days, cleaners changed the towels and took out trash, but I don't think the sheets were changed, it also seemed the floor has not been washed/vacumed for that entire period.

Very nice hotel located at the southern end of Makarska town. Only steps away from the harbour promenade and short walk to a mall and grocery stores. The room isn't too big but it's cozy and you have everything you need. Very friendly staff and free parking very close!

Quite tight bathroom - not so easy to get in and out, same with the bathtub/shower. Our balcony had a view to the mountains and a sportsfield instead of the sea but the balcony was still very nice.
