The location was great, as we could walk in any direction to find restaurants and stores. Its not far from Discovery and Boardwalk Malls and a short stroll to the beach. The room was towards the back of the complex and away from street and traffic noise. We paid for the breakfast as part of booking and weren't disappointed - Yulia's Kitchen put on a magnificent breakfast!

The tv didn't appear to have cable channels, as advertised.

even though it’s on a bustling street - it’s almost dead silent. Very peaceful. never any loud terrible music - it’s just fantastic. This is our second time here (after staying at a different hotel which couldn’t compare) and we will definitely be back. The whole property is beautiful and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Great wifi too! Love Yulias and will come back every time.

Nothing, other than the lack of breakfast options but honestly there are so many great cafes around that doesn’t matter.

Nothing Really other than the location. It was very close to the Kuta beach. Breakfast was average.

Staff and manager was arrogant. When booked, It was showing room photos with bath tub that is why I choose this hotel (Now they replaced photos!!). Also I have booked and paid for 4 people (3 Adults and 1 Child) with breakfast and only they want to provide breakfast for 3.!!! Reception staff and the manager had argued for about an hour and still not provided child's breakfast. Had to complain Booking.com and interfere to this matter and then they provided child's breakfast. Wifi was very poor too. Just giving 2 star out of 10 because the breakfast issue sorted otherwise zero stars for this hotel Not recommended at all.

Good location only couple of minutes by foot from beach. Staff very helpful, room was nice.

Pool small, and not very clean. They ask for a deposit in cash - makes me.feel not very trusted.

Easy walk to Kuta beach, shopping and restaurants. Staff are all lovely to deal with and helped with our requests when they could.

Very basic accommodation. We were comfortable however for a family room there was no indoor seating and the shower did not work properly in either bathroom.

Good swimming pool The only negative that I noticed was that they collected an additional IDR 100K as deposit at the time of check-in after room payment is done, which was not mentioned anywhere. This is refundable though, but a pre mentioned is must. Otherwise the property is great 👍.

Location was great, so close to town but still quiet. Staff were lovely, let me chill at the pool after checking out because I had a late flight

Great location, near shops, eateries, kuta beach. Clean & comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Easy check in.

The restaurant only opened at lunch time. Would have liked to have breakfast there.
