Incredibly friendly and attentive staff, beautiful location, delicious food, and surprisingly good value compared to many other higher-end resorts.

Didn't stay long enough.

Huge place, poolsides and garden, all spaces well designed, polit stuff - we were fully leisure and relaxing. Breakfast is five star and Kemangi restaurant serves good food though a limited choice. The project works didn't disturbed at all.

Good feeling desappear, when enter the room - small size and stuffy air, no balcony , old furnishing, fadded bathroom, noisy nighttime.

EVERYTHING... WAS...JUST.... PERFECT. the most recommended hotel to stay with Family and friends in Jogjakarta. Its like its own place where you dont need to go out. Stay in the hotel, all facilities are there for you.

El desayuno muy completo y buffet, totalmente recomendable. Para la hora de comer, curiosamente, nos sorprendió lo bien que hacen las pizzas, están increíbles. La cama súper cómoda, la habitación está muy bien. El servicio es increíble, les podías escribir por WhatsApp para cualquier cosa. Están pendientes por ti todo el rato para ofrecerte el mejor servicio. Es curioso como crea un micro clima que si sales del hotel andando impacta con como es la ciudad a diferencia del hotel, es un contraste enorme. Te hacen sentir seguro, confortable con el aire acondicionado y la comodidad general, entretenido con piscinas, animales, dando de comer a los peces, billar..., muy atendido por diferentes medios y el precio es bueno, qué más se le puede pedir.

Si vais en época de Ramadan quizás escuchéis alguna oración a las 4 de la mañana. Puede que en la habitación escuchéis la nevera, desenchufarla si no la utilizáis y dormiréis mejor, pero vamos por mencionar algo...

Oase van rust. De hele uitstraling, de prachtige tuin en het heerlijke zwembad maken het een genot om hier te zijn. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk zonder overdreven of opdringerig te zijn. Ontbijt is geweldig.

De kamers zijn wel outdated. Ook de badkamer is niet meer van deze tijd, je moet in bad stappen met een gordijntje en dan douchen.

Personeel is super vriendelijk, het hotel ligt heel erg mooi (wel wat buiten het centrum), en het zwembad is mooi.

De kamer is zeker geen 4 of 5 sterren waardig, erg outdated. Badkamer kraan viel 2 keer van de muur, veel kalk, bad beschadigd.... Aangegeven aan het personeel maar werd helaas niets aan gedaan. Ze zijn het hotel aan het verbouwen, dus mogelijk in de toekomst beter.

Airport is far away and on a busy day. Traffic is slow Took 3 hours on our way in to drive from airport to hotel. Also, evening restaurant not particularly broad in its menu.

This was a repeat visit as we really enjoyed our previous trip here. The property is spacious with beautiful garden and landscape overlooking the golf course. Pool is nice and food is good. The restaurant was also well priced and staff was very friendly. They also cater our requests very well, service was prompt and polite.

Just one minor thing that bug us was the baby chair they provided. We always clean the baby chair before using it but this time it was obviously not cleaned by the staff at all between use as there was stains of purple dragon fruit all over the chair.

The place is very nice. Clean, luxurious, quiet, restful, had activities that my daughter LOVED. She wanted to stay longer except that we had prebooked flights. Although it was far from the airport, it was near some of the places we wanted to visit. If you're interested in trying the Netflix famous lupis mbah satinem delicacy, this is a nice place to stay in. Booking.com also has a ride available for this, at early in the morning since the line should start at around 430 am. We got club access and the afternoon tea there was refreshing after a day's tour. I highly recommend Hyatt Regency Hotel in Yogyakarta.

Breakfast selection is good. Hotel has many facilities to allow guests to spend their time enjoying the premise. The staff are very friendly, helpful, attentive and welcoming!

The room decoration could be a bit rundown (but could see the facility is under renovation)! The pool is a bit dirty (water is a bit dirty). Nearby the hotel has literally nothing to explore, but equally the cab fare is rather affordable in Yogyakarta, so it is not an issue to hire a cab to the nearest mall.

Grounds were magnificent. Golf course and leisure facilities excellent. Loads of things to keep kids happy by the pool - best set up we’ve ever seen with slide, bar etc. Staff friendly and supportive.

Bedroom old fashioned - needs modernising even just with new soft furnishings . Food was inconsistent (pizza at the pool v good then next day in the evening average) and breakfast was uninspiring.

The staff are wonderful. We stay here often and it has become our second home and extended family, a very special place. The Kemangi restaurant serves delicious food. It is a great place for children with lots of activities. The grounds are beautiful. It is a peaceful and relaxing oasis surrounded by the vibrancy and cultural richness of the city of Yogyakarta with views of Gunung Merapi and the city.

It was perfect

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, offering exceptional value for money for western standards. The staff struck the perfect balance of being friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The facilities are top-notch, featuring stunning gardens and pools. The hotel offers plenty of activities like golf, games and spa, which allow for a relaxing day at the hotel just enjoying the facilities without getting bored. However, the highlight of our stay was the restaurant. Boasting an extensive variety of both local and western dishes, every item we tried from their menu over more than 7 meals was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, and we never got tired of the menu or disappointed with any dish. Kudos to the chef!!! Our 5-day experience was incredibly comfortable, and we couldn't have made a better choice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the hotel and wanted to share a couple of minor suggestions for improvement: Firstly, regarding the cocktails, while priced similarly to those in Europe, they seemed to have minimal alcohol content, resembling more of fruit juices. We understand that alcohol might not be as common in this country, but perhaps enhancing the alcohol content could be considered, else, aligning prices with the rest of the local options. Secondly, on Sunday, the pool and facilities were quite busy with day-long visitors. Although this isn't necessarily a drawback, we personally found the ambiance more preferable on calmer weekdays. Overall, our stay was truly enjoyable, and we look forward to returning.

Unfortunately, many of the hotel's own offers were abolished due to corvit 19, so there is no longer a transfer to the city, no more carriage rides for the children, no BBQ at the weekend with traditional dances and music. very bad

The staff were extremely warm and courteous. Very welcoming with impeccable service. The Kemangi restaurant has some great local delicacies! My daughter loved the swimming pool and water slide.

Rooms are a little smaller than expected and bathrooms are more old style.
