The room was pretty clean and staff was so kind.

After 10pm there should be a card system that guests can enter by theirselves to place. You need to call reception for now.

Nice place. Most biggest advantage is that you can charge your electric car. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. I will definitely come back.

Clean and comfortable place

Breakfast was not purchased as was extra. Location was far from the town centre, but the area was very quiet. The male staff were absolutely brilliant! Very friendly, helpful, chatty and polite. I was only back a few evenings as I was out early all day and away for the weekend, so only back to shower and sleep.

The lady with blonde hair and glasses was unpleasant. I had to ask her twice to have my bathroom cleaned and she did it begrudgingly. (It was the first clean in 8 days!). On leaving I handed in the room key and said thank you. She did not even ask if I had a nice stay or wish me a nice journey back home. Just rude and totally lacked customer service. She must remember she is there for the guests who are paying her wages. The men on the other hand were very happy to help, even when I had a package of books delivered.

Nice place to spend a night. Comfy beds, great service, tasty breakfast on site. I recommend, specially for this price in Poznan.
