i liked everything but the fact they were working on the property, so all the noise was annoying at 8:00 am they moved us to a different room less noisy but without pool view.

The room was big, the bed very comfortable, safe location close to shopping malls, in a nice district

For a 5 star hotel the room is more a 3 to 4 star, bed side table and closet a bit old, unfortunately no window , breakfast not as varied

Great breakfast, clean room with a nice bathroom. More like business hotel. Professional staff that helped our way to Cartagena by advising the right bus company. Safe neighborhood.

The room was really nice as well as the pool. The breakfast is really complete with a lot of different things to full-fill your needs.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly.

The have a policy that if a visitor leaves your room after 10PM, you have to pay for them as if they were staying in the room for the night, but they don't advertise this policy anywhere, they only tell you AFTER YOU PAY! This is really dishonest. I would not would have booked this hotel, had I known. I'm sorry but someone leaving my room at 11pm is not "staying in the room". If you want to make this your policy, fine, but be honest about it and include it your listing!

Needs some maintenance here and there, but overall, great value for money.

The staff was incredibly friendly, very good with suggestions, and adapting to our needs and even languages. I definitely think that the staff makes for most of the experience!

Breakfast was tasty, room was spacious and very comfortable, pool area looked nice, good views. Helped with taxi to the airport. Lovely neighborhood

Coffee in the room would have been nice, and the check in process was quite long and required a cash deposit which i did not know- since i was going to the airport after i then just had about 200,000 pesos i wasnt sure how to spend

Clean facilities, our room had everything we needed for our short stay. There are several restaurants and bars around the hotel, and a shopping centre with a supermarket.

The swimming pool didn't match the pictures shown on Booking. Staff were nice but not super welcoming (except the ladies who served us breakfast - thank you!). We found a cockroach in our room on our way back from lunch, which is super surprising considering this is a 5-star hotel. We informed reception on our way out and they didn't seem surprised at all. Breakfast was OK (buffet for fruits and bread), but the carimanola and empanada were not fresh, more like heated up.

The suite was very comfortable and huge.

Parking is super tiny.

The hotel has an excellent location with lots of restaurants and shopping centers in the close vicinity. Breakfast was adequate and it can be improved. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Apparently the pool had sewer filtration and it was not working during our stay. Management staff offered the use of a pool at another nearby hotel. I guess the filtration was out of their control and they did their best to makes us feel welcome, but it was very frustrating.
