Location

The location was convenient given where I wanted to be. The price was better than other options. The breakfast was awesome!

I booked the room with "pay at the property" option, but they charged me the full price over over month before I checked it. Upon check-in, they put me in the wrong room versus what I'd booked. They corrected it, but in the correct room, the safe never worked correctly. When requesting anything from the staff (e.g., a battery to fix/use the safe), it took multiple requests and hours for any response. It was also unfortunate that staff seemed to know of the issues, but did not report or correct them beforehand.

Best buffet breakfast we've had on our trip, absolutely enormous. Free hats during carnaval was a nice touch too. Good swimming pool, nice ensuite, good location in a safe area, helpful staff and good value for money considering it was carnaval too.

The restaurant food was tasty. The included breakfast was good. Staff was nice and helpful. The laundry service returned my clothes on time. The pool area was nice and had an attendant who could provide drink orders. The bed was comfortable. Shower had warm water which is nice in the coast because some just don't. Safe area of Barranquilla. Ac was nice.

The room did not look great.

Unfortunately did not speak Spanish so was somewhat difficult.

Location!! ... friendly staff....very clean room...High Standards done by all Staff... Wyndham should be very proud of the team work done at this Hotel.... Good breakfast....every day different...

If, You are going to use the swimming pool and bring Your own drink there is a charge.. something call in Spanish Descorcho....about 20% of the price of your drink
