We were able to access 3 hotels and try all their restaurants and swimming pools, Water Slides for all ages my 5 months old and 8 years old also us grown ups. I loved the fresh Egyptian bread in the breakfast I lived everyday lunch and dinner there is somthing new At the pool burgers pizza nuggets and chips in between Kids small nursery for extra fun From 8am to 10pm there is always something to do and enjoy All staff are helpful smiling and tey to make the most of our stay

Every thing is amazing

It was our first experience of all inclusive resort at all and it was fantastic. Food, room, location from airport (15min by car), clean (only under beds was Messy). But we enjoyed it. Staff always smile.

Little messy under beds, but at all comfortable, quiet, perfect view on aquapark.

Wonderful Hotel

Die Sauberkeit und das Personal sind einfach unbezahlbar gut. Wir kommen schon das 3. Mal wieder und es werden noch ganz viele Male folgen. Das Hotel ist wie ein Zuhause geworden für uns. Auch die Kritik vom letzten Mal wurde prompt verbessert. Jeder ist sehr bemüht

Das Animationsprogramm könnte wieder häufiger im Aqua Park stattfinden. Anonsten war alles mehr wie in Ordnung.

If I had to sum up my stay in the hotel I would say it’s incredible staff that takes care of their customers, no matter the circumstances. The front office representative Mohamed Karawia is really helpful as well as Ahmed Sultan and Khalid the chef from the restaurant that did their best to help with specific dietary requirements. Hotel offered also a wide variety of entertainment, starting from morning sport activities like walking to the desert , pool entertainment and interesting evening shows ranging from live music in restaurants to live shows in the amphitheatre. Heated pools and service that made sure that you have all you need. We were never bored and time passed by really quickly. Definitely recommend to stay in the hotel for at least 2 weeks and I hope to visit it again soon.

Excellent customer service in all kind of matters I was very satisfied with especially the reception staffMr Mohamed karawia and the the housekeeping but all the other staff in AquaPark did a very good job all the time☺️

Groot park met veel zwembaden, glijbanen en sportvelden. Veel keuzes uit restaurants. Eten is lekker en afwisselend. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Vooral Mohamed van de housekeeping en Abdullah van het zwembad naast de Melody bar waren de beste!

De prijs van de laundry service en spa zijn vrij hoog. Uiteraard hoef je hier geen gebruik van te maken.

Het eten was gevarieerd genoeg ! Voor ieder wat wilds echt niets op aan te merken! Kei en kei hard werkende personeel! Van de tuinmannen intieurverzorgers tot de bediening echt een 10++ (en als je er wel wat op aan te merken hebt moet je maar thuis blijven) Glijbanen waren leuk, zwembaden waren schoon en warm, entertainment was leuk!

Everything was more than we expected, the location is perfect, very close to the sea, the hotel has many pools for adults and children, the staff was very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed every day and we can't wait to go again.

We don't have something we didnt like.

Internet coverage needs to be increased. Single beds were not very comfortable

Food is OK but the bakery, the sweets are not as expected, the beach belongs to another hotel with an access for the hotel guest in a certain area so you need to be early little for a good place

The stuff are amazing . The hotel is very clean and people are friendly. Its a place to enjoy cheerful environment

Very slippery floor around the pools

All the stuff was very friendly, specially Ahmed from the Reception, he was very professional, kind and respectful. Even the housekeepers made a good job and was friendly. Also the security, and the stuff from the restaurant and the bars. Thanks even to the lifeguards and pool boys! And even the gardeners, all was very friendly, helpful and kind! We will come back for sure! This Hotel is very nice for families, it have very nice aqua park and the food was delicious! Thanks everyone for made us a perfect stay!
