This is an outstanding hotel. The staff are amazing and the food and views are perfect!

The pricing in the hotel restaurants was pretty high. It made us choose outside dining options. Also, it would have been a great service if wine was served by the glass in the bar.

Nice pool Great breakfast and location

Some facilities were closed (sauna and steam room) You could not control the temperature in the room. We were told that because it’s cold outside then you can’t have air conditioning. It was 27 degrees in our room and far too hot. Pollution was very bad so we couldn’t open the window. The staff gave us air purifier and a fan but they were noisy and an unexpected discomfort given the price of the room. When we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to pay 2000¥ deposit upfront even though there was no mention of this on booking.com.

1)Great view maybe the best of Nanjing. 2)Good service and great rooms. 3)Lovely people working at the hotel.

1)Gym and summing pool where really bad. 2) Food in the club should be better, since you are paying premium for it. Such as: if I'm paying premium I want a barista coffee not a machine one. 3)Finally, please clean the windows of the whole building so you can enjoy the views!
