They wanted to charge extra because we used booking

The termal water installations are great, the stars observation and cabins were very good.

Check in atention not excellent, food was terrible, no options and really expensive.

Restaurant food is good, enough, hot, clean and healthy. The temazcal and the hot springs experience in general is great for the body

the hot springs require more cleaning, same for the rooms. The towels are not that clean. Meals are supposed to be all included, but they just gave us breakfast and dinner, had to ask them so I could get the lunch voucher, otherwise, lunch is $280 per person even for kids. Water should be included, but is not, so bring your own bottled water. If you get to the temazcal bring a towel or something to sit down so is less tiring.

The pillows too old and small they were in very bad shape

Everything the food the the aguas termales the 2 programs about the stars constellation the bird and plant species very interesting and educational.

Concept and location are great

Place is getting older, it needs more maintenance Water on the shower was too hot or too cold, nothing in between Pool water used to be with controlled temperature, not any more
