location is good. I can easy to go the place that I need to go.
The bar was too noisy. I know so many people watched all black''s game. I think the sound insulation in this hotel is not good.

The heater in the room didn't work. Had to use the extra blanket, which was fine. but couldn't heat the room up after being out in the cold.

Location was central, short walk to the next Bus Station and grocery store. The Restaurant in the hotel is also recommendable!
The cleanliness could have been a little better since the sink was spotted the remenants of the previous occupant.

A super convenient location for what I needed (I went to see a show at the St James Theatre). The hotel itself was small but clean and gave a good vibe, and the staff were helpful.
More conditioner would've been great considering I have long hair, but I'm not complaining at all.

The staff were very friendly. The room was really nice. When I see there were dorm type rooms I thought there would be more of a hostel feel but it wasn’t like that at all. The bar manager was amazing.
Super close to everything in the city but not to close that the night time noise was a problem.
Not me but my friends in their room couldn’t get hot water in their shower.

The accommodation was excellent for the price we paid. The facilities and amenities were good. The location was great, and we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. Plenty of pubs, restaurants and bars within a 20 minute walk.
The only thing I would suggest is a working extractor fan in the bathroom, and a shelf in the shower to put soap and shampoo bottles etc.

I needed a room a short notice due to changed plans, and unfortunately overlooked the absence of private bathroom. Very convenient location for proximity to airport bus. Bed was comfortable.

Mattress very uncomfortable, blinds are broken and need replacing. I hurt my foot several times on the bathroom doorstep.

Everything, peeling paint in room, soiled carpet, a very dirty feeling of room. Smelly room. Crack in Door, no soap in showers
