very nice property, rooms are superb, we had a deluxe with private dipping pool, fantastic view. rooms are very well done, very modern bathrooms, spacious, very comfortable bed, great lighting, exceptional. close to historic center by car 10 minutes. Gourmet dining is worth it for the view, food and service and very reasonable. Dilyana was an exceptional server. Lynette runs an absolutely superb spa, be sure to to check it out and see her. kostas greets you and assist with luggage and seemingly anything else with charm and great insights.

we love beach hotels but the beaches in this area do not have much sand and is across the road from the hotel.

Every staff is so kind and they always tried best to support and help us!

- There are only two elevators to go to restaurant and lobby, every time we took 10-15min to go to breakfast and dinner. - Staffs are kind but when they come to our room, they knocked but every time they came in before we answer. We were in trouble because we were changing clothes.

Pool good, food good but I wouldn't class this hotel as luxury.

The décor thought-out the hotel defiantly wasn't luxury and wouldn't class this hotel as five star.

Excellent place to stay, with few pools, pool bar, close access to the sea. I asked for early check in, and it was provided. Room was really large, super clean. Beautiful view from the balcony. Staff super attentive.

The staff were exceptional and delivered excellent customer service. Every staff member greeted you and made you feel special. They went out of their way to relocate our room due to my husband being on crutches.

The bathroom would of felt safer with a walk in shower as quite dangerous getting in and out of iit from the bath. Otherwise everything else was great.

Lovely spacious rooms, beautiful view, incredible breakfast, super friendly staff, big pool area, gym - everything you need for a perfect holiday!

The pool is heated only partly, and the water was a bit too chilly for a long swim. a refteshing dips were ok. I thought we would be on a walking distant from the city, but it is a bit too long to walk to the downtown. Taxi was the easiest solution.

Outstanding quality for all aspects of the establishment. Staff are well trained and always keen to help. Great professionals. Great restaurants and bar. Amazing views to the Aegean!

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were so nice and helpful, especially we’d like to thank Michalis for our upgraded room and lovely fruit and dessert spread and hand written card for our anniversary celebration, and we’d also like to thank Diana from guest relations who spent time giving us advice and helping us with different things. All the staff were great, the location is great (we walked to old Rhodes) and the spa and gourmet Greek restaurant were also fantastic! We would definitely come back!

Food was great - we only had breakfast included but there was a lot of variety and everything was excellent. Staff was exceptional, always friendly and ready to please. Room was very spacious and clean. We also had a private pool which was very nice and clean.

While the hotel was lovely and I don't really have anything to complain about, I can say that it's not on par with other 5 star hotels when it comes to the quality of furnishings and decorations in the room. Everything was fine, but it's not exactly luxury. The door is not soundproofed so we could hear EVERYTHING happening in the hallway - our room was on the ground floor and many guests returned late and talked loudly on the way to their room. Luckily I always bring earplugs, but I would have liked for them to not be needed.

Relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff. Also, I didn't tell the resort it was my birthday, so I'm quite surprised that they found out and gave me a birthday cake! (It tastes good, by the way.) We originally booked a room with side sea view, which wasn't available when we checked-in, but I think being upgraded to a room with pool access was also wonderful!

Overall, our experience was great, but if I were to suggest things for improvement, I would say that there could be more hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and towels. Also, the frames, silicons by the bathtub seems more dated, especially given that other parts of the room seems renovated. It was also a bit funny to find others' clothes appear on our patio, but I think the wind was to blame.

In one word... the staff! All the crew did everything they could so we feel at home! so aprriciated! The facilities worked great and it's great value for money! Highly recommended!

The location is good, quiet and close to the beach but a little bit far from "Rhodes center" and all the attraction.
