La struttura assomiglia ad un ospedale piú che ad un albergo. Il personale dell'accettazione non si degna neanche di salutare, si preoccupano soltanto di assegnare camere ai nuovi arrivati... stop!! Animazione praticamente assente. Molte zone del resort sono interdette al pubblico. WiFi praticamente inesistente. Le stanze sono piú da B&B che da albergo 5 stelle, la privacy in camera è inesistente soprattutto in bagno in quanto non sono insonorizzate... si sente tutto !!! Un voto positivo alle pulizie e alla spiaggia, per il resto MAI PIÙ !!!! Un consiglio al proprietario, più umiltà, meno stelle (quindi prezzo più basso) e più contatto umano con i clienti, visto che non siamo vacche da mungere.

The beach was clean and waves in the sea were nice.

Definitely not a 5-star hotel, just because they have bought a pool doesn't make them 5-star in reality. It is a mediocre 3-star hotel at best. Getting breakfast was extremely frustrating because nobody speaks english, they just keep ignoring you and saying that you should wait and then they just walk away. Breakfast itself was cold. Distance from the hotel to the beach and breakfast is very far, they don't drive you there, you have to walk about 10 minutes (you have to cross the road as well) every morning and every time you want to swim in the sea. The shower in the room was awful, drain didn't work, so our bathroom was constantly flooded every time we took a shower. To close the hotel doors you have to bang them with force, otherwise they don't lock. Felt more like a cheap motel than a 5-star facility. The person who took our luggage up to the room was very aggressive with the luggage, almost broke the handle and the wheels. There are a lot of wasps flying around in the beach bar, so you can't really enjoy cocktails or eat there. Staff doesn't seem to care. The most frustrating thing is that nobody understand a single word in English (except for the reception lady) - we ordered two cocktails from the english menu, but they brought us a tuna sandwich instead.. and it takes them about 15 minutes to make a single cocktail even when we were the only persons there. The walls in the hotel feels like they are made from paper, we could hear people in the next room relieving themselves in the toilet, not just the flush of the water, but every single thing they did there. Felt disgusting. Also, they expect you to put a towel under your sunbed, but they don't give you any towels, except for the ones in your room that are for showering. Do not book this hotel, you will have a bad time and wasted a lot of money.

Everything besides the given downsides was brilliant. Especially the beach, the dinner and the beatiful buildings and resort area.

The desserts and cakes at the dinner were a bit heavy on alcohol. Not suitable for children and even for adults they had a very bitter on alcohol taste. The resort is in a silent bay and street noise is mostly not present. Unfortunately the gardeners piaggio-transporter sounds like a Harley-Davidson and its way is all around the resort especially in the morning. To exchange this to an electric golf cart with a similar load area would be a simple solution. There were lots of them golf carts around at the resort. Only two of all employers we met spoke acceptable english. To coach the employers into the basics of the english language is essential in the future. The rooms do not have wifi access, only the hotel lobby.
