The pool area was beautiful along with the grounds

The bathrooms by the pool were disgusting,, very very dirty..we felt that the hotel was understaffed....not enough waiters, and not enough cleaning personal

This is a perfectly wonderful hotel. The service is top rate. The rooms are large and every one has a view of the sea and sky. The pool area is simply spectacular. I loved the family atmosphere, and the simply spectacular breakfast which included virtually everything you could possibly want to eat. I cannot recommend Oro Verde any higher.

Love this hotel when in manta

Check in, took over 40 mins to check in. As their system did not register their confirmation from booking.com . Plus the person stopped what they were doing with our check in to help a other guest. They management needs to communicate more with their booking department. Just cause it is a weekend is no excuse to why the confirmed booking was not registered. Would also be nice if a excess to the beach was added j stead of walking all the way around

Shuttle bus was late for our departure flight. so we couldn't travel with out bags, the bus driver didn't even wanted to take our bags back to the hotel!

Excellent breakfast selection with delicious food. Rooms were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and responded quickly to any request. Outdoor facilities were excellent and provided access to a broad clean beach

The variety and quality of the food can be improved. Many empty food, a faster service would be needed. I didn’t find the vinegar and olive oil. No service staff was available to ask…

Breakfast as mentioned above. In the early morning I was waken up by a huge sound of music, maybe from the gym or may be from the beach.
