Buena ubicación del establecimiento. Es un Hostal que ofrece comodidad.

El establecimiento es pequeño relativamente. Deben mejorar la calidad de los desayunos. En nuestro caso fue incomodo que nos den una habitación y luego nos pidan pasarnos a otra de menor calidad por un error de ellos.

Súper bien la comunicación.

La limpieza, no hubo cambio de toallas y reposición de jabón y shampoo.

No breakfast. However if we needed anything , it was provided. The staff went beyond their duty to please us and always with a smile. Special thanks to Astady and Magdalena.

A bigger bed. We only had one double bed for my wife and I. A queen would have been much better

The hotel is located in a great part of Manta with restaurants and cafes nearby. Relatively safe to walk at night.

However when we entered our room we quickly found the following; The sheets were not cleaned well, there was what looked like ants in the bed sheets when we arrived . At one point on our first evening, one of the staff members randomly walked into our room. There was no knock or apology there after. The blinds were not great. There was gaps inbetween the blinds that meant light would come through the room during the evening and early morning. One of the reasons we chose an upgrade on the room was for the fridge. When we entered the room, the fridge was unplugged and upon openning the fridge door, there was mould in the fridge and clearly hadnt been cleaned or used in a while.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood was really quiet. The room was very big. Water in the shower was hot. You can have a breakfast for 5$ from 4 choices (ask for it when you make your booking) and you have an option for a secure parking lot.

Everything else about the Hotel was good.

The beds could be more comfortable.
