Food was really good.

Room service should improve

I was looking for a relaxing 4 days after India and Pegasus certainly lived up to that. I needed somewhere where everything was on hand which it was. The room was spacious and clean. I opted for the breakfast and evening meal option, I am glad I did as it’s was a real smorgasbord for the money paid and well worth it with soooo many options. I was a little reluctant to try out the fish restaurant on site initially for lunch as I know from past experiences they charge like a wounded bull ! How wrong was I , good value for money for what was on order and the service first class. A really nice experience was had and to top it off finding a marvellous taxi driver named Jude who was amazing and still calls me for a chat now, god bless him.

Everything was very good , even the small issue of no fridge in my room was rectified quickly with a replacement. The fish restaurant was a little short with some of the food on the menu which I wanted which was a shame but that’s low season I guess for you.

Breakfast buffet was good. It wasn't crowded. There were enough choices. The service was excellent. The check in was excellent. They gave us a free drink and allowed us to check in early. We could ask them for help at any time. They are always smiling and trying hard.

The less important facilities, eg table tennis, tennis were very poor. The private beach isn't for swimming.

Food was okay.

Checked in on 6th May at 5pm, the reception girl with spects didn't know how to deal with clients. My first impression was really annoying. Heard she receiving calls from guests, and it was very unpleasant the way she talked with them. It took hours to bring our luggage to checkout. Staff seems they don't care about locals. I am not comfortable with recommending this to another person.

breakfast - Was average with limited options, no veg options Room - AC was not working, after multiple reminders , they checked and night we have to shift the room whch was worse then earlier. Dinner- again limited option and was crowded due to limited space

Staff- Very rude, also they couldn't speak and didn't understand English

The pool was nice, food was ok

There were bugs in my shower, wooden sun loungers at the pool with no cushions, weird men accosting you on the beach trying to take you on trips and reception ordered me a cab to Colombo for 8000 SLR, an Uber on return cost little over 1000! Reception were really quite useless to be honest.

The property was well maintained very clean we loved our stay

I feel you need to look at your bars stocking diet or light in sugar soft drinks. I am diabetic and you had no mixers I could drink. I’d suggest the fishery has more snacks on the menu like sandwiches or toaties etc….

Excellent breakfast.it was very delicious
