Location excellent although the road right outside was very noisy. Jacuzzi was a nice surprise. Apartment very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Solarium and views from the rooftop were stunning. Walkway to Altea beside the beach was stunning .

Bed too hard for me but my husband didn’t mind it. Very noisy area even throughout the night. Bins being emptied at 03:00am not good. Bath water was only lukewarm. Swimming pool very cold. 5pm collection of keys to room is far too late in the day, we had to spend hours walking around in an area when didn’t know before we could get into our room. Receptionist very helpful though and kept our suitcases until the room was ready. Tv very difficult to tune in. Did not use the local beach as it’s full of pebbles with very little sand.

I would like for the host to stop by and show me around in the apartment. There were a few functions I did not understand. Heating, tv etc

I got 3rd floor, asked for 2nd because I am klosterfobik and dont got to lifts, have to walk all the stairs all the time. Also regarding the ..how to get into the swimingpool... no handle and very slippery, did fall the first day. they have do put a handle beside the shower for people to get into the pool. And also there was a lot of craftsmen working in the swimingpoolarea one week and in the house next to the hotel, it belong to the hotel. I am sure if they fix the swimmingpool handle I will come again...otherwise I can not, and have to order long before to get 2nd floor. It can be fixed I think. it can be fixed.
