Location was perfect for me. The staff were amazing and friendly and really seemed to care about your comfort and your stay.

It is dated but it was really clean, the wifi was strong, the room was large and the bed was comfy so I couldn’t complain.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was immaculately clean and the bed, bedding and pillows were very comfy. The cooked breakfast was tasty and well cooked.

The hotel is very dated in terms of decor, and facilities are basic and dated. Although the cooked bread was nice, there was a very limited choice of cereal, no fruit on offer and orange squash rather than orange juice.

Clean rooms, friendly staff who go above and beyond to help you. Restaurant on the ground floor which saved having to go out for food, I ordered a pasta dish which was very tasty and prices are reasonable too. Also ample parking, I will definitely be booking again when I'm back in the area.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable. The hotel itself had some great facilities, including a fantastic breakfast and bar which served drinks. Another thing that stood out to us was the excellent service we received throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable and enjoyable experience. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city. The combination of great location, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service made our stay truly unforgettable. We can't wait to come back!

The room itself was clean and comfortable, and location was easy to find with plenty of parking and the staff were very friendly from the get go and i didn't feel uncomfortable around them once which can be common with some B&Bs That Breakfast was included with the room and we had to rush out for the day after our first night so it was convenient having Cereal and toast ready for us there to eat and go. Also had the option for cooked breakfast if we wanted it

Not very large towels were provided and the light for bathroom kept not wanting to turn on but we had someone come sort it so it wasn't a massive issue The cooked Breakfast i had on the second day did make me feel quite Ill afterwards, it was very greasy and there wasn't any alternatives as myself and my partner are both vegetarian, also the tomato we had with our cooked breakfast was stone cold like it weas just pulled out the fridge, not like how you would normally have it done with an cooked breakfast

Staff really friendly and welcoming. Bed and bedding comfortable. Decoration looked fresh and modern. Room well cleaned. Complimentary breakfast lovely. Good value for money.

The bathroom had minor issues; sink tap pressure not very strong and toilet flush a little tricky. The shower was a good temperature but a little broken.

The rooms are really tired and I didn't stay the night checked out before , also I left some items in the room and the hotel was not helpful at all for me to get them back in fact made it very difficult and never got the items back

There was no heating on in any of the bedrooms we ask other guests. It’s was freezing

There was no restaurant for evening meal!! Room was noisy with people in bar toilet which was next door!!! all night Shower was not powerful or hot (just warm)
