Restaurant et hôtel fermé le mardi et le mercredi. Mais clef d’entrée pour l’hôtel très pratique.

The place is quite, the village is quite accessible. The staff was polite and available to support our request. Free wifi, but we didn't make use of it.
The furniture were quite old and basic. The room was quite dirty, there were big spider-nets just behind the curtains in the bedroom. Also under the bed there was a huge amount of dust. If you might pass by you could spend just a night, but just consider that the hotel is overpriced for the quality offered.

Perfect downtown Schwarzenburg location! Friendly and extremely helpful staff! Outside porch was a great place to have an afternoon drink.

Explanation about where was the entrance and how the key system worked could have been more clear as from the beginning. I had to call the Bären hotel next door to have the info.

The room was very clean. The manager was helpful.
The value for money in this hotel is terrible. In comparison to other Swiss hotels in the same category and taking into consideration the extremely small size of the room (particularly the bathroom where you could hardly move), this hotel offers very little. I was also very dismayed to see, in these COVID times, that there was no soap provided on the hand basin.

We have been positively surprised about this location.
It’s very good value for the price. The beds were comfortable, everything super clean and the staff very friendly. The area is beautiful and it’s a perfect location to discover it.
