Amazing location and quaint spacious apartment. Beautiful surroundings.

A water cooler and mosquito nets would drastically improve the accommodation. Only being provided 4 small bottles of water per day then having to pay for extra is not ok. Felt a little unsafe as the alley to the beach is unlit at night and had unwanted attention from a creepy local who then accessed the property.

The security guys are great at accommodating check-in at night and helping us with parking and baggage. The unit that has a small kitchen is accommodating when you are travelling with the elderly and kids. The breakfast is delicious. But most of all, what we love the best is how it is 2 2-minute walk to a beach that is clean, not crowded by tourists, and safe enough for young and old to play water in. When we were there, we rented the beach day beds from a local vendor who also sells really nice coconut! He cleans the area periodically in the morning; it was a nice experience. We plan to come back for a longer stay.

The alley to reach inside is a kind of a challenge to drive in, but our friend successfully ease up the SUV in with patience and experience. But this is what you usually get in Bali if you are looking for a place this close by to the beach.

Need some air freshener for rooms, especially now, when there not many people and rooms stay empty for a long time

It was a last minute booking, just after I landed at Bali Airport. When I arrived at the Villa, there was nobody there but the security. Basically they had not had any guests for months due to Covid-19. He was a little surprised at the beginning, but when I showed him my booking confirmation he sorted everything out within 15 minutes, received my payment, and prepared the room. To my surprise everything was kept spotlessly clean even when there was nobody staying there for quite a while. It feels like they open the villa just for me. Since this was my 2nd time staying there, everything was just as good as I remembered. I was impressed the first time, and still was the second time. Trully a hidden gem. Thank you Villa Kresna. Just the quality of the tap water. Because it's so close to the sea, it tastes quite salty. It didn't bother me, but it might do for other guests. Perhaps the management can consider to find a better source of fresh water.
