Amazing views. Laundry facilities. Lockup parking. We had a penthouse.

Liked the location and view from our room and the bed was comfortable

The communication between the rooms and reception on answering a question we stay at Port Lincoln Hotel alot so did notice the difference in knowledge skills eg number to ring from room to reception worked out it was 9

The view

Room was clean and well presented had everything that we needed.

Everything was good as expected.

Spacious living area and bathroom. Comfortable king-size bed. Balcony with water view.

Glass door to bathroom, so when bathroom occupied at night the light affected sleeping partner.

It would have been 10 out of 10 if the cloths drier was not out of order. open at grade parking not ideal for longer stays.

Didn't like that reception knew they had a problem already with the TV in our room that wouldn't work properly ( very disappointed with them)

Room was quite spacious and comfortable. Verandah with a water view. Having a hotel with a good restaurant next door was handy as there's not a lot in Wallaroo.

Good place to stay rooms were clean and the views are really good

The wifi speeds weren’t to great but that negligible, but the fact we were in a twin share room which immediately means 2 people, means it should be assumed 2 beds were going to be used not getting a surprise $20 fee for using a fold out lounge bed, couples sleep together, not family parent and child, don’t call it twin share if you aren’t expecting the other bed to be used

Fantastic view and location

Impossible to raise the office from several attempts prior to late (after 6pm) arrival plan. Because of that we had to rush to get there before reception closed (although when I phoned it went to message saying office closed in middle of the working week day). That meant foregoing spending time with son whom we had only seen 5 years ago!!! When we eventually raised reception on the phone we were told we would be sent a message that day (IT never arrived!!!). Hence our anxiety in getting there when we hoped we could get into the apartment (we had no code advice to get key from locked panel outside!). Once we arrived we filled out breakfast order before the due time (5pm) but were told 'too late, had to be in by 4pm' and then 'no cooked breakfast' even though the order clearly showed it was a choice. Overall pre and post arrival experiences spoilt our time there (Two nights).
