Everything was well maintained and clean. Staff were great and friendly. Would definitely rebook!!

NOTHING!!!! It was dirty the beds were shockingly uncomfortable and the music didn't stop until midnight or later. When we rang to complain the staff were rude and very nasty.

The staff were lovely as was our meal at the adjoining bistro. Super comfy bed. Very basic accommodation, but served it's purpose
definitely time for new flooring and curtains and there was a old cigarette smell throughout

barely slept cause of how loud the music was and people partying. bathroom was a little dirty.

As always I enjoyed my stay in the Queen room. Vicki has great customer service and always accommodating. Ill be back once again soon!

Not a lot to like
Toilet ran constantly. No window except above door, had not been opened or cleaned in years. Vertical blinds damaged and missing, so unable to open shutter.

the power point in the kitchen bench area is very loose and was like that 6 months ago when we visited.

The aircon was working very well, set out of the room for maximum space was nice.
The fridge was a little small and bathroom/shower could have used a deep clean, especially the shower. The light in the kitchenette needed attending to.

Firstly, I asked for a portable cot and microwave to be able to fit my baby needs and I got an email with this approval. Once I get there, I have been told that there wasn’t portable cot and they wouldn’t provide and the email was sent by booking.com and not from them.
Second, the room wasn’t clean, floors weren’t vacuumed and was full of dusty.
There is a lack of communication during the booking and it has to be improved.

Very clean, tidy, good location. Great shower, well equipped. Clean and comfy.
Great location. Walking distance to the jetty, cafes, shops. Quiet. Next to bottle shop. Parking right at the door.

The place smelt and the shower was moldy. There was toast crumbs in the bench from the last people and the build up of dirt behind the toilet is not good.

The external a/c units sticking out at head level. I ended up with a headwound with profuse bleeding.
No shampoo, or hairdryer.
