Cockroaches and ants everywhere. Don't walk around in bare feet! Late check in by phone and key lock. Scarey on your own late at night There's noone anywhere its like a ghost town Pretty grotty and unkept outside

bathroom had mould all over the ceiling. the double bed had the springs coming through. we had to sleep on the 2 single beds in the room & even they were very uncomfortable. the after hours side door remained unlocked. not good for security. for the price it was terrible. the backpackers would have been better. never again

Perfectly located in the heart of Shinjuku, Just steps from Golden Gai. Tons of restaurants and shopping, 7 minute walk to the train station. Steps away from two conviene stores. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room were good for the price. I would stay here again

A good spot for our one night in Cairns on our way through to Cape Tribulation. We didn't arrive until almost 3am but everything went very smoothly. The key to our room was easily accessed from a lock box and the lights had been left on in our room to make it more welcoming.

Close to the center of Cairns. Basic room but was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed.

Was occasionally a bit noisy with the road out the front.

The smell of Cigarettes smoke , the bath towel you mose of well used the toilet paper to dry your self that were this hard and old , because of the smell of cigarette I had to leave motel very early in morning as it made me sick , would never stay here again because of that

Price was fair for location. Room was simple, and clean. As described.

There was an altercation by other guests on our first night booked. Due to concerns about our safety we left early the next morning, leaving the room spotless and found accommodation elsewhere. Due to no staff being at the facility, we found it hard to communicate. Follow up phone calls explaining our situation were meet with no support, or issue of refund for the remaining nights.

We were given our room straight away after arriving at the motel, even though it was only 1000. The location made it easy to walk to shops, restaurants nearby.

The double bed did not have a comfortable mattress - very lumpy. Towels were not up to standard - thin and threadbare.

Location was good. Room size was good. Room was very clean. Staff were friendly Access was good Thank you. Would recommend to others passing through. Nice place to stay

Parking out on street was a little unsettling for us. A lot of light in the room at night. Room was a little overdone with glen20 spray and could have been aired some more before our check in, however was finished not long prior to our arrival.

Sheridan Cairns Motel had extra greeting staff upon our arrival that shocked us - team of cockroaches. The building was run down and one of the pull out sofa bed had mold ridden. laundry machines were quite outdated but, worked by coin operations. There was no breakfast being served at all, as your website had misled us to believe by writing the hours of breakfast service. Everyone - 8 people were equally shocked by the poor condition and lack of service for the value that we paid.

Family room was near the pools, so kids were able to swim with my supervision while relaxing in my room

Clean enough, but very tired decor. Had the really noisy main road right outside our tiny balcony, so not a pleasant place to sit. Ask for a room at the back of the building if you stay.

Only one towel supplied for two of us, no hand towel or bathmat. Pretty basic.

Reception closed early with no communication about doing so when we were checking in, so we were forced to speak with after hours staff at only 2pm in the afternoon. We were given keys via a safety deposit box, to which we then discovered that instead of the one bedroom apartment we booked, we were given a single room with one bed. We booked for six guests, so this was not sufficient. We then had to contact after hours staff AGAIN who were absolutely no help and extremely rude, continually putting us on hold and transferring us for simply asking why we were not given the room we booked. They could not give us a straight forward answer. After having to speak with multiple people, they allocated us another room which was still not the original room we booked, and which we had to pay for on top of the original room. They then told us that the room we booked online DID NOT EXIST? The room they offered to replace it did not fit all six adults, either, and so we had to ring after hours AGAIN. No apologies or anything from them. They told us to speak with reception in the morning. The room they gave us didn’t even have toilet paper. After an exhausting ordeal, in the morning, we spoke with the manager refunded the original room, and were told that the whole thing was a big mistake. However, we will not be returning and would not recommend this motel to anyone. Nothing was as advertised, and staff were extremely unprofessional and rude.

absolutely nothing , the staff were rude , I had no sheets blankets pillows towels in my room and when I called there allocated phone number over and over again no one answered , there was a person in reception just before I entered my room as they took a card charge of 100$ in case of damage to the the room , after that I found no one

great location the man at the front desk was super lovely, he was really accomodating and very helpful. travelling with a family can be a bit stressful but he made it a lot easier for us! we would like to thank him very much. I think we were also upgraded to a bigger room!
