Staff here are welcoming, They make the stay very comfortable. The Rooms nice and clean. Every staff member is very polite and friendly. Defiantly i will stay again here,

Good size room.
Cafe Pondicherry. One of the door felled on my daughter's leg hurting her. The drawer door was unhinged and when she accidentally touched the door , it felled on her.

Biggest buffet ever! Very old style comfortable room, great beds. Quiet.
It was far from anything. And mumbai traffic is terrible so going anywhere was a nightmare!

The room was so nicely decorated and the city view gave it an extra dimension. This hotel has en excellent Indian cuisine restaurant called Jyran. We ate there 3 times! The food was so good we didn't try any of the other restaurants in the hotel. Breakfast buffé was also excellent with great variation of hot and cold food, including a lot of nice indian dishes.
Staff was super friendly and helpful in every way!
Security is high since all persons entering have to scan all luggage and bags.
The area is also very safe and calm and within walking distance to some shopping malls.

Loved almost everything about it, the food especially was incredible (definitely opt in to breakfast, it was the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had!) and the service of staff was amazing too. I didn’t get the lunch buffet but I saw it had sushi and sashimi so would definitely opt into that if I stay again. I also used the hair salon and was so happy with the result. If you can afford it I would 100% recommend staying here.
The only thing is the location which I know isn’t something they can change but just to let others know it is quite far from the tourist spots so you either have to get a cab that takes 1-1.5 hours (do not believe the google timings, it took me 1 hour 15 in a cab) OR get the train from a nearby station.

loved the breakfast, hospitality, room was comfortable, a bath and cake were prepared for my wife's birthday which i really appreciated, the staff were prompt and helpful whenever asked about anything.
wish we could've gotten a later check out time, as our flight was a bit late in the day, noticed some wear and tear on some furniture throughout the hotel, but didn't affect our stay, we still enjoyed it. Room was luxury king room, but seemed a little small and dated.

Room is very smelly. I have complained to reception and housekeeping staff but after 1 hour there is no solution.. finally I insisted to pay extra 27000 just for room upgradation. I have asked for refund immediately but reception staff said that there is no refund policy… I am feeling that I was cheated..
Food & normal mineral water is too costly… don’t stay here…

The staff were very friendly & obliging staff cleaning the rooms were very good & made sure the coffee machines in the rooms worked they were meticulous making sure your every need was met a young man called Yougesh is worth mention for his excellent service
There is a lot of construction very close to the building that makes.very loud noises throughout the day & night

Fast response and excellent service by all the staff. Comfortable and sizeable rooms for 1-2 people. Good restaurants within the hotel itself.
There was nothing to not like. Only thing I can think of is that the quantity of the food (portion) they serve in-room can be more.

Executive lounge and staff very good and wonderful service for those customers. Good gym and surrounding area.
Outlets in room should be looked at some do not fit the electrical units such as hair dryer.

Breakfast was excellent, especially the Indian breakfast we prefer . The room interior is very dark and showbiz;, normally, it should have a decent corporate-type interior. Dinner is very good.
The room interior is very dark and decorative like showbiz, it should have a decent and bright colour interior and curtains etc. Hospitality is less, as Sofitel is only a 5-star hotel in BKC and near to US visa office. The business and professionalism are taken to be granted by Sofitel.
