The location directly at the terminal is super-convenient, especially for night time arrivals and departures.

I know that usually check outs at hospitality are at 12 pm while check-ins start at 2 pm. However for an airport hotel, this rule can be adjusted as people have arrivals and departures at certain timings and at transit, hotel may charge by hours. In our case we were arriving at 6 am and departing at 2 am, which makes 20 hours. However at the check-in we were advised that we need to pay for 2 nights. I asked to deduct at least the breakfast for the second night but was advised that they don’t have RO rates. That was worst surprise at 6 am after a long flight and could be communicated in advance, I was hoping to get some early check in and late check out extra charges but not a full additional night on the bill as in a transit hotel people cannot choose their arrival and departure times. Also another minus point was that at 10 30 pm we were not able to order room service as nobody was on duty. Room service is something what has to be available 24/7 , especially in a transit hotel when people do not have time to come out and search for restaurants.

Literally, the hotel is in the airport terminal and so convenient to walk to. The facilities were very clean and accommodation was nice. We would like to have the room a little bigger. Definitely booking this hotel again..

The only thing I wanted was some more space in the room and natural light with a window otherwise all good..

The location for those in transit is amazing. I arrived at 1:00 a.m and this was a most welcome place to stay. Staff were great and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

It’s within the airport and extremely easy to check out and go directly to your flight. It’s fine for one night if you are waiting for a flight. It’s clean. The shower had good water pressure

The photos are very misleading, there is no window as is shown in the picture and the rooms very small. The queen bed is extremely small it barely fits two adults. Sockets only on one side of the bed. It seems like this room was designed for one person not a couple or more.

Straightforward & functional & very convenient for an early morning flight. Comfortable room, well-equipped.

No windows (unsurprisingly, I suppose). Breakfast included but not available at an early hour, which was frustrating.

Very conveniently located inside the terminal. our Pranav service could pick us up right from the hotel and we could take the luggage trolley from the car into the room and back out. rooms are spacious and well equipped for an airport hotel.

Unfortunately guest cannot be received- this is an issue of the India Airport security and there is a Starbucks at departures that we could meet some friends before the flight but still a pity.

Bed and shower

Booked here on Booking but price was increased at check in twice. Why? Because “prices are not updated” stuff said. So I paid 130 USD for 4 hours sleep. Later I found that they have hourly rates, but stuff didn’t say anything about this option from at check in and just doubled price.
