The location is convenient and the breakfast spread was good. Ideal for business travelers. I have to say, most staff attending to me was very attentive and courteous.

Room size

The only positive at this hotel was its location. It is on MG Road and next to a couple of malls. Amenities while present were not great - including the spa, the bar and the restaurant.

A lot. Staff was largely uninterested and were not smiling. Seemed inexperienced. Rooms were tiny - for the price paid, the ROI is in the negative. Room service was horrible. Takes way long time and responsiveness is low. Breakfast was ordinary, nothing to remember. The bar was a huge disappointment, menu boasted a full list while on stock items are very few. The spa is understaffed. I would give this place a miss.

The overall stay at the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. The hotel is within commutable distance from many places of interest which was indeed a bonus. I will recommend this place of stay and also would like stay here again.

Staff need to trained to be attentive towards hotel guests who arrive for breakfast in the morning. We had to wait at the entrance door for longer period of time before any staff even noticed us, then we were seated, the table was not laid. It was disappointing that the we to remind the staff about our food order and also to cutlery.
