Everything! Especially the staff. They were exceptional: efficient, friendly, helpful. The facilities are excellent. Modern decor, gym, lovely restaurant, two pools. Rooms were spacious, very clean, well resourced, light. Great location on the beach. Close to the bus stop and a few other places to eat.

It was close to the beach. And people were really kind.

Food was not many kinds and all-inclusive didn't include everything for example, cocktail at the pool bar.

the food is of poor quality (overcooked pasta, dry meat and dry fish). not enough transats so we had to come back in the bedroom after swimming.

The hotel was too quiet. No music around the pool and bar. There aren’t enough sunbeds at the beach

No fault at all

Finally a hotel without regular morning "sunbed wars" -> there are enough sunbeds both at the pool and the beach. The staff is really friendly and helpful - Claudia, Eleni, and anyone else. Beach, pools, bar, restaurant, rooms - all of that is just perfect. While staying at the second level of appartments will give you a better view of waves, if you prefer staying at the ground level as we do - then take any of rooms 72-78 or 86-92 to be in the newest buildings and at the ground level facing the sea view.

Everything was good!

Fantastic food! Well-made homecooked Greek dishes. Great variety. Extra plus for the friendly kitchen staff who brought out special food to my picky son on request :-) Nice, quiet hotel area. Table-tennis in two separate spots, one in the shade which was great for daytime games.

Staff and location were amazing.

Great staff good hospitality, very lovely and great service. Very nice place, quite and warm. Food is good and each one can find things he like. Second time in this place and we like it very much. Good value for money.

Like in the first time we where there, I would expect to have more places to seat with shade, during the summer it is very hot and there are not enough places with shade.

Close to beach, very clean and modern, nice staff especially at pool bar, great pool area, ok food, semi-ok gym, great cleaners, very nice pillows, great ocean view from balcony.

Dirty sea, high waves ie. no swimming in ocean in most days, too little sun beds at pool (need to be reserved early at the morning), far from downtown, neighborhood not nice.

The room is amazing and 4 people sleep comfortably! swimming pool is great for kids and adults ! Staff is very nice and food is healthy and tasty, we had a great stay!

There is not enough sunbeds for everyone on the pool. Suggestion: The garden and pergolas could grow to make it even more charming and it could become a nest for more and more turtles

Friendly staff, great food, diverse choice of meals. Calm beach, not crowded. Clean and comfortable apartments. We had a great week there!

Food was great and daily diverse. Wonderful staff and quiet, cozy place, I highly recommend.

Musquito nets would be useful. Some tourists would wake-up early morning to occupy good places under the trees with chairs and towels, but they will only show--up few hours later. Although the hotel management discourages this practice, it does not do more to stop it; maybe planting more trees will resolve it.

Breakfast buffet was amazing, with fresh vegetables and eggs and everything else. They had both sweet and savory, and they changed the “menu” every day! Chef and staff were very accommodating to us vegetarians and made special vegetarian dishes for us even without asking. Amazing hospitality :)
