It's not the first time I stay in this hotel, and it is as comfortable and pleasant as I remembered. Props to the new receptionist I forgot her name. She was very kind and professional. All the staff is very kind and pleasant

It didn’t l have parking. The receptionist told me that I need to pay 15€ extra per night to park my car in the neighborhood mall. The breakfast supply was not good.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much for them. A kind smile and attention to detail makes a brilliant team. So happy we booked Sana hotel and we will definitely stay there again.

Great location, just in front of the park (which you can cross to access more central parts of the city. Good bed and pillows

The cleanliness was not great, there was an used comb in the floor full of cream from the last guest’s hair, the curtain of the shower had mold and after we complained they changed for another with less mold. There is no heat in the bathroom and when my father complained it was too cold they suggested we left the hot water running in the shower for steam.

Mattress needs to be replaced...Electrical outlets are in hard to reach places...Toilet seat hinges need to be replaced...Kept coming off...

Exactly as depicted, looking brand new and in spotless condition. Large and comfortable bed, one of the best breakfast buffets I have seen, great location.

Pricey for the amenities they offer, particularly the bar/room service/restaurant. Limited extras provided in the room regarding toiletries or welcome goodies. Hotel parking charged at 15€ a day and staff unable to provide suggestions on best parking options in a city where parking is essentially free. Also no information on the hotel amenities, which we received by email after checkin and requires online access. If we were really on a full switch off we would never have found it.
