Receptionist suhil was very helpful

bathroom door lock was broken and couldn’t open the door , called and engineering takes long time to fix

as always im regular customer at Diva and its the best stay ever in bahrain best thing about diva and which actually makes the hotel is the active and very helpful staff all around starting from front desk ending to the hotels owned bars and lounges

The new starcade drink and arcade bar was an awesome new addition to the hotel livery.

Near by Al Fateh mosque

some of the staff is not friendly and ask of my friend either my friend is staying in the hotel or not??and he assumed my friend is not cappable to pay or not suit to stay in the hotel..we paid and please dont ask the stupid question to your customer.

The room was very spacious and clean. The entire hotel was immaculate. The staff were so friendly.

Spacious room, well maintained and clean, Nice sea view room, helpful staff, walkable distance from Juffair mall and Oasis mall, additional plates/glasses were asked for and provided..

No kitchen/cooking facilities, visiting guests may be charged (Though not billed, this was told at the reception),

As mentioned on booking .com was a full Irish / English breakfast, there was none.

The rooms and toilet are newly renovated and furnished. I did ask for a room with a sea view but this was not accommodated by the receptionist staff
