Great restaurant staff - they were very organized and paid a lot of attention to all customers at the same time Food was always fresh and we always had a lot of things to choose from. Nice to have inside and outside pools with a bar for getting drinks. Nice design in the room with traditional elements. Very close to the lake and sea.

Even though I got 3 rooms, we came with just one car and couldn't find a single parking spot at the property. The bed was not comfy at all, It would be nice to have 2 chairs on the balcony instead of one.

Exceptional location, lot of facilities and services. Large room with nice balcony. Pool bar selling full variety of drinks.

No more toiletries provided after first day. Moreover, very limited cleaning after first day. Small shower box. Very long queue for a coffee in the morning breakfast area.

- The location was good, quite close to the sea and a nice lake. - The room with the twin bed was nice, clean and comfy. - The hotel stuff was nice and friendly.

- The suite was supposed (it was my expectation since it was a family of 3) to be with two beds, but instead it was a twin bed and a couch which was a nightmare to sleep on. - No elevator to reach upper floors with lots of luggage (just lots of stairs to reach 2nd floor in our case). - The hotel needs a remake as it seems outdated facility wise. - The restaurant wasn't so great (we had breakfast included but food not the best). - The parking bothered me since the parking spot was quite far from the entrance and no obvious place to park in front while unload... - No sidewalk to exit the hotel area to the main road, only road for cars (weirds, like only cars allowed there :)).

The nice cleaning ladies and staff. Plus the fact that there were sweet cats near the restaurant. This was a very big plus.

For breakfast, there were kids options that weren't available for adults. Made us feel old :))

Close to the beach, quiet surroundings, nice pool. 3* rooms are actually nicer than 4*.

The fact that you could not pay with card at the bar inside the breakfast area of the hotel. Nor charge it to the room. I had to wait in line for a cup of coffee for half an hour during a busy weekend because I simply did not have cash with me at breakfast time.

Nice location, good attention to details and beautiful flowers. Supportive and wellcoming staff

Too strong room perfumes.
