Hotellille pääsi nopeasti nukkumaan yöllä saapuneen lennon jälkeen. Ei ollut kummempia odotuksia, jatkoimme heti aamulla varsinaiseen lomakohteeseen. Aamiainen ei kuulunut huoneen hintaan, emme syöneet aamiaista hotellilla.
Yöllä saapuessamme työvuorossa ollut vastaanoton henkilökunta ei osannut englantia.

Very nice and helpful staff. The room was very tidy and the bed is very big and comfortable. There is also a TV with local television. My girlfriend appreciated the additional magnifying mirror which is very helpful to make a make-up. They also have a restaurant at the ground level which is amazing and I highly recommend it. The hotel is near the Alicante airport (it's like 5 min driving a car) and it's very convenient that you can check-in late. It was a pleasant stay here.
The pillows were too small and I had neck pain because of it. Also bedclothes were a little stinky and I didn't like it because it was hard in touch. Also the hairdryer (which is attached to a wall) worked poorly.

We have been to Dona for many years, but Covid and illness kept us away until now . there has been a refurb so more modern and bigger food choice . more tables outside at the front - a slice of real Spanish life in a small town. !
To be given a choice of eggs at breakfast instead of crinkly fried ones -still tasty tho ..

Easy access by bus from Alicante airport (No. 1A or 1B. It's the first stop after leaving the airport, and drops you 20 meters from the hotel). Check-in was easy, and there is a very good restaurant attached to the reception area. It was excellent value with a decent sized room (with air conditioning) and good bathroom. Perfect for an overnight stay if arriving late or going early to and from the airport. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were very helpful, and the breakfast was also great value.
We could not fault the hotel.

Dona Isabelle is in a good location, close to train station and close to airport.
It has a restaurant attached to it, and food is reasonable and good.

This hotel is only 5 minutes in a Taxi costing 10e from Alicante airport. Ideal if arriving late like us, we had arranged to pick up the hire car the morning after. The hotel is situated on the main road with local bars and restaurants if required.
