Holes in bathroom floor covered by wet smelly moulding mats. Dead flys, ants, spider webs over lights, windows. Couch was disgusting. Walls are dirty. Smells. TV doesn't work. Nothing romantic. Not even a sponge to was dishes. Didn't get breakfast which was included in a very high price of $395. Should be closed regarding OH&S issues in bathroom. Not fit for occupancy. Ruined our weekend totally. Have photos which are appalling. I want a full refund

Location was perfect, cottage beautiful, beds were comfortable and linen was clean

Carpets downstairs were musty smelling, 1 fan was broken , spa was leaking and house could have been cleaner for the rates that were paid dishwasher was left dirty

Beautiful location with a gorgeous view, warm cottage once the fire was lit. Everything was about a 5 min walk which was great. Allan was lovely to deal with always answered any questions I had very quick responses from him.

the area downstairs smelt water damp, with visible water in the laundry, smell radiating up stairs. lots of rotten timber that needs to be replaced. it lacked everything the photos showed.

My friends and I stayed here for 1 night and we enjoyed our stay. We certainly loved the outdoor spa!

I hope there were window blinds/curtains on all windows esp on the kitchen.

There is no pretty garden like the pictures showed. It just sits on the side of road behind trees.

Location was greatThe accommodation was fantastic.

Was pleasantly surprised that the cottage was situated amongst the rainforest with a little creek at the back of the property. Also the cottage's proximity to Olinda was an incredible 4 min walk away from town. The accommodation was superb and made for a very relaxing weekend. The heating was left on for us which was a lovely touch.

This has nothing to do with the Cottage or the hosts who were fantastic. Booking.com was unable to match the price for the accommodation that was advertised on another platform. I did not have the time or energy to argue the point with the customer complaints team. This makes me less inclined to utilise Booking.com in the future.
