Perfect relaxation holiday, public and private beach within a stone throw. Breakfast is dangerously good! (for added weight gain, the food is also delicious at the beach) This place is VERY pet friendly - our dog even received a toy :) A small supermarket is on the other side of the road. One remark: if you are planning the stay in the Jaguar room, one night is probably enough :D

The staff are extremely courteous, professional and efficient. Right from the time of check in - to check out, the process was smooth. We were welcomed, briefed about the facilities at the hotel....the mini bar was not only complimentary but restocked the next day!!! The library space is warm and wecloming. The lakeside area is well maintained. The Bistro in the park has a fun, family vibe to it. The Housekeeping team as well as the Restarurant staff were super. However, Paul is definitely an asset to the organisation and star performer. Keep it up!!!

Quite big balcony but I updated to full lake view but we had house in our view. Bed big and good to sleep. Quite near Bank automat and shop. Lift for upper stairs. Free minibar things. Own beach to swimm.

No air conditioning. Cleaning not best, I found Hansaplast used under bed. Minibar was so warm that our strawberries went mold in 24 hours. One window system broken so it was hard to keep it closed. It felt that it is coming down to your arms.

Only restaurant nearby is hotel's one. Although it has very good food, but a little expensive.

It has an amazing view. The castle style hotel is very special. It has enough parking.

It is not a 4 stars anymore. The breakfast is not even close to 4 stars and the difference between the pictures on booking.com and reality is huge.

The suite with the Jacuzzi is amazing and clean. Spacious and included Nespresso Coffeemaker also a few complimentary drinks in the minibar (2 Waters, 1 Beer, 1Coke). Quiet as it is facing the lake and therefore has an amazing view. over the Lake facing Rigi. The value was great as it was a free upgrade from booking.com. Otherwise, the price would have been a bit high. Check-in did a great job, as they asked if they can tell more about the room or if it was a surprise (which it was for my spouse). The floor Heating is really nice. Breakfast is across the road in the Swiss Chalet Restaurant and includes everything you need including fresh fruits, local products and fresh bread. Also got a small gift after check-out

Had to pay for parking although the whole parking lot was empty. They say that you get the cheapest price on their website but booking.com was way cheaper with the free room upgrade.

Good location, great view, nice hotel garden. The welcome drink is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Old and outdated room, sockets are not reachable, behind nightstand. Chewing gum on doorframe, stains on bathroom ceiling. Bed is very hard. Breakfast is served across the street, by itself it’s soso.

Friendly staff, super and large rooms with plenty of closet space and firm beds. Nice touch to have the minibar be free. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of selection. Good bistro at the lake too.

Though our room faced the lake we were on the 1st floor and saw cars rather than the lake. Ask for rooms higher up.

The Jaguar suite was very cool and the location on the lake was wonderful.

It’s not really something I didn’t like, but the suites 4-5 years ago with their different designs and themes was something really unique. The new uniform suites are nice, but a bit off the theme from the castle style. The exterior and interior/ corridor design really gives castle vibes. But once you step in this junior suites, it’s not the same atmosphere. Too modern looking. In my opinion. I still really loved the stay there.
