the hotel wasnt well qualified for guest’s because it looks different than the actual photos

I didnt like any of the hotel except animation team especially “pepo” was so friendly and helpful

Excellent food, great cooks, chefs, Akhmed!, waiters Mokhamed, all staff is friendly. Location is great. Reception is friendly, Kamel is really good.

More animation activities - add soccer, tennis, billiard, ping pong competitions between guests.

Everything. Animation team do nothing. Food is bad. Almost every one working there is unresponsible and do nothing. Rooms is too old, the whole place need to be completely upgraded.

hotel not safe, someone broke our car and no one help us . the told us we have lower price than booking why you reserve through booking! they more acceptable for any one not Egyptian

everything food was very bad no any kind of maintenance plan everything not working shower not working toilet was damage I have to call reception every time

The rooms not good . They are not clean.Room furniture frayed and very old .The bed cover was old and the towels in bathroom . The mattress was old rickety and made 'bong' sounds sitting on the edge of the bed. I was told that my room would have several amenities unfortunately There was only a mini fridge in my room . I would leave zero stars if I could. The food and drink is mediocre for the price and to make it even worse it is not even close for the hotel call him self hotel 4 star The hotel look very old , and looks like nothing has been done on the hotel in 30 years. and i not found some thing .totally disjointed! Never ever want recommendation this hotel to anyone!! ever!!!!

it was good time

The staff of the hotel are the star of the whole show, and the reason I keep coming back. They always go the extra mile to satisfy your needs and do whatever you ask for. The notable mention here will be the restaurant staff headed by Mr. Hosainy, a very decent and professional restaurant manager. Also the housekeeping team was one of the best, always trying to cater to our needs with whatever they got.

I’m just waiting for the hotel management to do some renovations to the already spacious facility and rooms.
