We booked two rooms for £98 which came to £196. When we got there one of the rooms was occupied by someone else when we opened the door. The owner then put one of couples in the small double bedroom that was priced at £78, we didn’t bother to say anything about the £20 as the owner apologised and we could see it was an honest mistake by one of his staff.

It was close to the center which was great and very convenient for Southampton Central.

Able to check in at 1pm was helpful and hostess was very friendly....I was going to football game and location is near train station and city centre....everything was fine and working in the room...comfy bed which always helps....overall no complaints
