My room was sold

The location was along the route for us. Easy to get to. Friendly front desk lady.

Stayed one night going up to Texas and one night coming back. The A/C in the room sounded like a jet airplane on the tarmac taking off. On our return stay, we requested a room with a quieter A/C. Same thing. So noisy we did not get any sleep unless we turned the system off. The room would get hot and stuffy immediately. The pillows (3) on the bed were not standard size pillows. Tiny squares (like decorator pillow size). The duvet cover (was supposed to be white). You could tell it had not been laundered (both rooms).

Very convenient place to stop over when driving along highway 57.

I like this chain of hotels. clean, modern, attentive staff, breakfast included.

Poor insulation between rooms AND the outside. very, very noisy. will stay at the sur location again in the future which is quieter AND cheaper.

The location was great and very close to different sites.

The shower curtain was short and water got all on the bathroom floor.
