They are short handed staff , but is understandable workers tried to do the best always

The outside grounds are nice. Parking is easy and near the room. Feels safe.

it is an older property that hopefully is being upgraded as it was once a lovely property. The room was not ready. We did not get the room we requested in our booking. We had to ask for more than one towel and that the room be swept. it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but we could tell someone had smoked. We’ve stayed there before, but this time was disappointing.

Pool is advertised, but it closed. Has a net over it and yellow tape around the perimeter.

The staff was so helpful as we had to stay extra days. They were very accommodating and fast to respond. We liked that there is a window and fresh air in the room.

The wifi could be stronger. Yikes in the bath needed repairing, but we think that room was under repair. They let us have it more nights because we had a unplanned, needed stay due to car repairs.

Convenient for one night passing through on my motorcycle on my way to Piedras Negras. Breakfast was ok.

The shower drain was stopped up and they couldn’t get a maintenance person to address the issue. For what it is and where it is I thought it was over priced.

Spacious, clean rooms with a wonderful bathroom/shower. Incredibly comfortable and large beds as well! Lots of parking, so great for those driving in. A little far from the center, but there are stores/restaurants nearby.

We have everything we need. Shower was a wonderful.
