Wonderful location in the old village right next to the cathedral with restaurants at your doorstep. Bonus parking nearby.
4.6
Beautiful little apartment, well decorated and had everything we needed with the kitchen. Easy walk to bridges but really enjoyed the neighborhood itself.
4.6
A nice location, friendly staff at arrival.
The furniture very outdated, pillows like huge rocks, kitchen full of ants. But the worst thing was the night party on the sqare outside the hotel. The DJ was shouting on 100 dB until 03:00, window glasses shaking due to the music volume. Having the Caminito del Ray starting at 08.00 the following morning, made the experience a nightmare.

Located on the most charming square in Ronda, this cosy Appartement in a beautiful old house leaves nothing to be desired. Very attentive and helpful hosts, perfect organisation
4.6
good quality of bedding
introduction to the stay somewhat confusing between representative and Booking.com.
4.6
Great and beautiful location close to the bridge. Nice and clean room. kind host.
4.6
Location was excellent. The host guided us to somewhere free to park the car and we left it there for three days and were able to walk everywhere to explore this beautiful place. We found several excellent places to eat in this part of the town.
The apartment was rather dark but I'm guessing that this is an advantage when it's very hot outside. We did have access to a communal balcony where we could enjoy the warm sunshine.
4.6
The staff was nice and the location was excellent.
Only one bathroom does not make it very well suited for two couples.
4.6
Great location and very comfortable. check in process easy and flexible.
would have preferred a double bed to the two singles available.

We enjoyed our 5 days in this very nice apartment. It is well equipped, comfortable and in a great location.
Despite enjoying our stay, there are some points that guests should consider prior to booking. The pictures displayed do not necessarily portray the apartment that will be allocated to you. We discovered on our arrival that we had been allocated an apartment with a balcony that did not offer any view. When we requested a change of apartment, this was refused, despite there being other apartments available for the most part of our stay. We were also not made aware that the roof top terrace was available for our use, only finding this ourselves towards the end of our stay.

The shower was outstanding. The kitchen was good.
There was a sewer smell in the bathroom. It was subtle but persistent. Both my sister and I noticed it. We had a hard time getting to the location because of Semana Santa procession. Many streets were closed. Parking was a 1 1/2 blocks away.
There was a late night event right next door outside the church. Drums and singing. It sounded very beautiful but lasted until 2 AM.
4.6
Beautiful location. Large apartment with loads of atmosphere.
Not suitable for anyone looking for a lot of modern comforts, but we were very happy with it.
4.6
The apartments are beautiful, great location in the historic part of the town. Great little touches like providing coffee for the espresso pot and olive oil for cooking are much appreciated.
Nothing really, but the bed was more beautiful antique than comfortable.
4.6
Clean spacious apartment.
Great area, next to church, cobblestones and also peaceful.
Easy walk to main tourist areas
Off street parking was close and worked out to 13 euro for 18 hr stay.
The downstairs restaurant was exceptional.

A beautiful old apartment, right in the old town, a short walk from everything. thick wooden doors, floorboards and good furniture gave it a lovely atmosphere. There is pay parking across the square.
4.6
Great location, friendly & very helpful staff.
We were a little disappointed to find that the balcony was not private & could be used by all guests. But, as it turned out, it wasn't a big deal.
4.6
Wonderful, peaceful location next to the cathedral, overlooking orange trees, and the pretty square in front of the historic town hall. The apartment itself is very comfortable with many authentic features. It was a pleasure to stay here!
4.6
Location excellent. Free Car parking some distance off.
Security of the apartment left someth8ng to be desired, as the door to the outside terrace couldn’t lock properly.
Also the electricity tripped, and we couldn’t raise anyone to come and explain how to restart it. So no kettle, no heating for the last 24 hours of our stay.
4.6
Beautiful location adjacent to church & convent. Walking distance to town centre. Lovely apartment with traditional furniture. Well equipped; dark, austere & quite cold so better suited to summer months. A delightful stay overall.
Pleasant staff, but largely absent. Our bathroom was poorly designed and unnecessarily small. Overpowering smell of cleaning products throughout the building.
4.6
5mins walk to the center.
the room like cupboard, you can hear everything what your neighbors doing. there is a restaurant downstairs, it was very very very noisy even 2am in the midnight. we couldn’t relax and sleep well and wouldn’t recommend this apartment for people want to relax.
4.6
very authentic with beautiful doors. very well placed, comfortable bedding
a bit dark and the halogen lamps did not work well. lacking a kettle
4.6
location and room size. We had a sofa bed added in.
everything was fine

The location is absolutely fantastic, the property is clean and full of character. Staff are lovely - really quick responses to any request and extremely helpful, particularly when we asked for help with luggage storage at the last minute. We appreciated having ground coffee, water and other basics in the apartment and loved the luxury of having a lift in the building.
4.6
The staff are so friendly and she even drove us to the free parking area.
4.6
nice apartment with great view!! good value for money
the wifi was slow, was noisy from the restaurant below the hotel until late at night
4.6
We really enjoyed our stay at La Colegiata Ronda. The location was perfect and away from the tourist heavy areas. As a bonus, we got to enjoy dinner (not included in the stay price) at Mesón del Sacristán which was amazing too. Having coffee to brew in the morning was a nice touch.
The wifi is pretty weak…at least in our apartment. Not a deal-breaker since we did not depend on it but that could improve. Everything else was perfect.
4.6
Amazing location inside the old city walls. Gorgeous apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean. Man who met me to hand over the keys was very friendly & informative. Highly recommended!
The wi-fi was very slow but it was free. Parking nearby is expensive but the host told me where to park for free about 5 minutes walk away.

Fabulous location, Fantastic restaurant just below, great food, lovely people!
Very minor gripe. slight smell of drains in top flat, and wi Fi was poor. However it didn’t stop us having a fantastic stay.
