Everything was great

Didn't like the bed, as 2 single beds put together, and through night you could feel yourself slip between , and the mattress moves also

Absolutely nothing, as we were not able to access our room in the usual way we have done many time before.

The hotel did not notify us that the check-in machine was broken until 4pm the day after. In our reservation it says you can check in via the machine. No where does it say to inform the hotel if you will arrive after 11pm, which we have done many times. The man who came to let us in was unable to do so and the manager was rude on the phone deciding to explain the technical problem instead of letting us in. We had to wait with the technician for an hour before he informed us that he just could not manage to get a key to let us in. We had to drive around Paderborn searching for a hotel and it was finally 5.30 am by the time we went to bed.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the nearby restaurant is fantastic, easy and quick check-in / check-out, super comfortable bed, very nice shower, nice location, free parking and great value for money

No complaints…

Good location for a overnight-stay when you travel along the motorway at Paderborn. Free parking close to the entrance. Diner is 100m away. Close to the motorway but not noisy.

For the check-in and pay you need to go to the reception inside the Diner. Garbage bin in front of the hotel was full with garbage and lots of cigarettes which were smelly too. No breakfast available so I had to go further in the morning and find a place to get breakfast. There is a breakfast place next to the fuel station in front of the diner but it opens late.

Basic but clean and comfortable rooms. The electronic check-in didn't work, so had to check-in at the attached diner, not a major problem though and the staff got us sorted out promptly.

Nothing really, it was pretty much as required. Maybe being a bit closer to the town would have been nice as the location meant you were tied to eating at the adjacent diner.
