Perfekte Organisation. Auch späte Anreise wurde optimal gelöst. Es war alles da. Die Betten waren perfekt. Geschlafen wie ein Stein. Sehr saubere und morderne Zimmer, trotzdem Stilecht, mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war wirklich perfekt. Sehr gute Athmosphäre, tolles personal. Kein Wunsch war offen.
Es gibt keine Punkte die uns nicht gefallen haben.

Perfect location in a beautiful town., wonderful choice for breakfast well presented. Hotel staff very helpful, even though we did not speak German. Excellent spa and pool.
needs to have a TV with satellite in the room for non German speakers
The information card needs to be updated as some of the information is incorrect. (free bicycle on information but actually 10 euros to hire. although this is still inexpensive)

Great location in pedestrianised area. Great room in the "Residence", with balcony. Excellent breakfast and nice staff.
The description mentions "allocated parking", but that was already full when I arrived. Not a problem, I easily found a free public parking space.

The decor and facilities are super stylish and new, and very highly maintained - you can clearly see how much pride the owner and staff take in the establishment.
The location is perfect - lots on nice places to see and do, shopping, restaurants etc.
The personal care is exceptional! Everybody knew guest names and room numbers and nothing was too much trouble when asked.
The bed is the best I slept in for months! The TV is top quality and the bathroom very spacious and well appointed.
Thanks very much to everybody for a super stay - I will be back for sure!
The view out the window was onto the rear of the property. But then again: you're not in the Swiss Apls, so can't expect a picture-perfect view in a town!

I paid for a superior room didn’t get it no AC in room was boiling hot staff said to leave window open but it was hot outside was to check out Sunday but left Saturday morning owner was out of town and morning staff didn’t speak any English the bathroom didn’t have a door water would go everywhere I had to put towels down and then you waste the towels the bed was so soft it hurts your back
If you are promised a type of room honor it and if you complain two times regarding the room being hot fix it instead of saying open a window

Fantastic. That's all I can really say. The room was great and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Coming back for a longer stay for sure. Sad that I could only stay a couple of nights
