Todo fue excelente pero se sentía calurosa la habitación

La temperatura del cuarto, se sentía mucho calor a pesar de que el aire acondicionado estaba en la temperatura en que otras ocasiones nos hemos hospedado

The room was comfortable, especially the bed. Our stateroom attendant -Jesus - was very kind and did a fantastic job, especially when our room key wouldn't work. The pool was nice. It was clean and a decent size - nice place to relax. We never used the restaurant, however from what we saw, the food looked nice.

We had a very bad experience when arriving to the hotel. The reception girls were rude along with not even greeting as people entered the hotel. Check in is from 3pm, which we understood before arriving. However, when we approached the desk and started the process for checking in, at around 1pm, she told us to come back in 10 minutes to get our room key. We did this, and she told us in a very rude way, check in at 3pm. So for 2 hours 30 minutes, us along with 15 other guests where waiting in the lobby for our room keys. When 3pm approached, we had to wait another 30 or so minutes before being able to obtain our room key!!!!

Guess attendants took more than 3 hours to check me in, I was trapped in one elevator, housekeeping staff didn't clean the room in time, I have to call them oftenly, pillows are terrible, AC noisy and not enough.

Excelente atencion y servicio por parte de Jesus y Cesar en la recepcion. Lugar agradable y limpio.

Location and the pool.

We booked a master room with a kitchenette and evidently expected a freezer as it was listed in the information on booking.com. However, we have realized that the high category suite had no freezer at all. We have complained about that to the Manager at the check-out but he pointed at the booking.com as responsible for this failure. I have been working in the service industry for 35 years and I have always hated services that try to shift responsibilities on others. I had the feeling that this Manager does not care at all about our complaints even if telling a formal sorry. He embodies the opposite of customer-oriented services.
