The breakfast in the restaurant.

There was 2 big cockroaches around the swimming pool. The beds were really hard. We got pain in the back. The reception denied us to get the control for the Air conditioner, we couldn’t change the temperature as needed. I have been never denied to borrow the control Air conditioner. I offered to leave an ID to borrow it. It essentially not possible. We had a few minutes of getting in the room, went to eat and realized that there was no min fridge. We asked for one or to change room to a one with fridge. The reception denied to change us room, because we had already get in the room. The only kind if good thing is that, after one night at the hotel, we decided to go to another city and the hotel charge us for 2 nights and gave us back the money for 2 nights. We had paid 4 nights and used only one night.

En dos ocasiones aparecieron dos cucarachas, y lo malo k solo aceptan perros y gatos no otro tipo de animales adiestrados

Pet policy is completely ridiculous add basic 300 pesos pets fee+ 150 per night per animal. Even for just one night… so 450 pesos more and they ask 500 pesos for deposit, « dog hair » is a suppose damage to loose your deposit.. i argue with the staff and finally they give me back the deposit for the hair… 🤦🏻‍♀️

Great location. Easy to reach by car from highway. Hotel accepts pets.

Rooms are quite old, and cleanliness could be improved.

I could not even sleep. I arrived late in the night and the hotel did not have internet neither remote control left for the tv. When i explained i cant operate without internet they could not provide any answers on when the issue would be resolved. They return my money but i was sent to another hotel and pay for the taxi.
