It was well manicured, engineered well, great location

It was relaxed. The food was good and many different restaurant choices.

The wait was a bit longer than expected at the restaurants. Games and books helped my kids. Super short walk to the marina. Lots of fun activities close to the resort and lots of help to arrange it. The zip lining and rain forest tour were worth it!

Awesome breakfast and beautiful resort. Dinner options were limited and not superb but definitely not bad. Totally would recommend to a friend. Staff is incredible.

The staff was very attentive; friendly; and was eager to make our experience as positive as possible. The on-site bars and restaurant were great for breakfast and lunch. The chef prepared our fresh catch as an amazing appetizer for our group...an excellent experience.

Everything. We enjoyed this stay so so much! My kids really loved the pool and kids club. Breakfast was amazing and rooms were very clean, nice and comfy

Well maintained. Spotlessly clean. Great staff. Surrounding scenery. Wildlife. Restaurant options. Good gym. Large, clean pool. Quiet, spacious room.

Free use of resort facilities e.g bikes and tennis courts is limited to 30 minutes. Good course fees are excessively high if renting equipment. No ATM on site.

The staff were great and as a Marriott it is a reliable standard but frankly this hotel could have been anywhere. It didn’t feel like Costa Rica but overall it was worth the stay

We rented a room with forest view and the room they gave us has no view at all all we can see was a roof I asked to be changed to a forest view room and they were charging me $70 extra per night after ai complained the gave us a room with a better view with no charge

No complaints

We loved everything. The staff was amazing. We liked the way the pool was laid out and gave everyone a semi private area. The rooms and property were unique and clean. We also loved having the coffee bar open 24 hours.

The only thing we will bring next time is a fan for our room. We couldn’t get the room cool enough.

The views were nice, valet was very kind and the breakfast was tasty. They sent my partner a birthday cake which was a nice detail.

Broken ice machines, several resort activities were not available, bikes were broken, outdoor showers were not working.

Service, room and food

Noise at the pool, there was construction going on the whole weekend, which was a real bother. I thought it was really a miss that they allowed that kind of noise in the weekends in the middle of high season. Also, I could hear everything about the room above me, which again I found baffled.
