strategic hotel location, comfortable rooms, maximum service from all staff on duty

overall i like everything in this hotel, service, cleanliness, food, room, location... but I have something to complain about and I hope this gets the attention of the hotel management.. 1. Bidet Toilet that doesn't work optimally 2. The disposal of water in the Bathup also does not function optimally, so the water stagnates and is not wasted immediately 3. The electricity in the room is not optimal, so that the electronic devices that are being charged become hot hopefully these things get attention

1. View from the room was very good 2. Television signal and contents were excellent. 3. Room was very spacious.

1. Air conditioning was bad. Air flow not felt. When requested , a table fan was provided expeditiously. 2. In room safe was faulty. After notifying hotel staff, safe was eventually changed. 3. The mattress was not to our ( my wife and i ) liking. 4. The breakfast menu and spread were almost repeated throughout our 3 days of stay.

I love the ambience, the staff are all friendly, the proximity to shops, the food and the facilities.

During our stay, although the room looked clean from the outside, we found that the bed have bed bugs that cause skin itchiness overnight. I suggest the management to make sure the beds are bug free and thoroughly clean inside. During our stay as well we have problem with our room card keys which tend to be faulty every evening during the same period. Although this have been rectified daily by the counter staff but its very frustrating.

The rooms was spacious, and clean. I like the staff was so great and welcoming us. the Location also good. I'd love to stay in here again.

I hope the variation of breakfast will be more in my next stay. But anyway, the salad, fruit and desert bar was amaizing.

The superb breakfast ! lot of local food variety and taste delicious. The staff very kind and warm. Hotel location is prime, connected to Bandung Indah Plaza and 10 mins to Masjid Salman ITB for friday prayer.

The parking, sometime you need to walk a bit far if you don't get the parking nearby the entrance door in basement. Also the water boiler in both rooms we stayed are dirty, so can't make cofee or tea in the room.

It's a bit long to wait for the room preparation process (15-20 minutes). When I first entered the room, the bed cover installation was not neat. The toilet often has problems (leaks, water doesn't fill the tank). The telephone equipment available in the room doesn't work so you can't call house keeping, etc.

the elevators were very slow and always needed to wait for a minimum of 5-7 minutes.

the staff was very helpful and the place is very enjoyable
